My phone had bad water damage and I took it to Clayton to fix. While he was changing the battery, the phone started to smoke and burst into flames right in his hands! He didn't loose his head, he kept calm and kept the situation under control. After all of that, he still managed to salvage the phone using spare parts and now it works just fine! And he didn't charge me a penny over what he had quoted me to repair the phone. I would trust him to repair any phone or computer! You will see the burn mark on his floor to prove this story is true! Great guy!

I went in because my iPhone 6 screen was cracked. The guy that works here is super nice and friendly. It was a pretty good price for $70 when other place charge around $130. He got it done in 40mins and I was on my way with a perfectly fixed iPhone.

My phone was behaving erratically... it was in a boot loop and it would not charge... I got a new battery and charge port in less than an hour. Clayton is very friendly and knowledgeable. Clayton works carefully, conscientiously and cost-effectively and is nice to chat with while waiting. He took a lot of time to help me with my problem, which was a Blackberry Dtek not charging or draining quickly. He had to try several things and although it took a while he charged very little and I got a good result. This was really great 'neighbourhood'' type service that we see very little of anymore, sadly.

Charged 15$ to diagnose my pc. Could not find the problem even though he needed a week just to tell me he couldn't fix it or find the problem. Also some pieces were not put back so he gave me back my pc disassembled. I should never have brought it there.

Took 2 iPhone 5c's and an iPad in for screen replacements. Within a few days both the iPhone screens were unusably and weren't even fitted properly, returned to store to get them to fix it and they said we had to pay for another screen replacement. iPad took 3 days to fix and wasn't even aligned properly so the home button is stuck down. AVOID CITY CLOUD AT ALL COSTS.

Huge waste of time, money and quite a bit of frustration. I took my iphone in some time ago to replace a cracked screen. The screen was poorly installed, bent (popping up) at the top right corner and cracked a couple days after the service. They decided to replace the screen charging me for the screen only (AGAIN) without charging labour. I would have been okay if it ended there but the screen put in was defective, along with the two screens that came after that. At some point I simply lost hope and left it alone since I didn't want to deal with all the back and fourth I had to do, waiting in shops, etc. I will absolutely never go back and will steer everyone away from this place. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Clayton spent a good a month of time opening up my computer to find the issue with it asked a couple questions and was able to find the problem right away. After he made the fix, he tested it, and only charged for parts - not labour. Also, he's a really nice guy.

'cause i had a wonderful experience with the service, i came to fix my broken iphone's screen the other week, Clayton the service guy was very friendly, outgoing and professional, also he gave me the original screen replaced for my phone instead of BM one that i asked, just because he told me i was patiently waiting while he has to handle other customers in the middle of fixing my phone.. and that was still in the reasonable waiting time since i wanted to wait at the spot for the repair. Nice location, many free parking spots. Best customer service so far, alway happy guy, fixes phones and laptops for reasonable prices, no job is to big. Quick and diligent worker. He sells $20 blackberries (bold/curve/etc) best thing is he buys parts and electronics. Make sure to use the glass door with his hours on it, many people try to open the wrong door on the same side, that door leads elsewhere.
