These people really great, taking pride in their quality of work with top notch customer service . My charge port shorted out and killed my phone. I have some experience with electronic repair, but still could not fix my problem myself, so on a recommendation from a friend, I took my phone here to see if it was fixable. They tried everything to repair the phone including replacing the charge port and some resistors, but my phone's problem could not be resolved. I know they spent a lot of time soldering and whatnot, but did not charge me for their time or parts because the phone couldn't be fixed. You can't get better customer service than that! I would definitely recommend Repair Express Vernon for repairing your cell phone.

I have an iPhone 5C which I updated, my phone locked me out and a message stating "Update doesn't recognize Apple ID" keep looping me back to the original screen. I spent over an hour on the phone with Apple customer service, then with London Drugs technicians, then with Andrea's electronics. No one could help me or reassure me all my information, pictures and videos had not been lost. Their warranty is inclusive providing a safety net in case anything goes wrong, though I’ve never needed it. My devices have never taken more than 2 days to be finished if they have the part, and they do their absolute best to get the parts in if they don’t. I strongly recommend if you need a device fixed to go in a talk with them.

took my.ipad in.to have the charging port replaced,,I was told 10 to 14 days,,, 6+ weeks later I'm.charged $160 + taxes and the iPad still doesn't charge properly and the mic,port.does not.work,, when I brought it back in.i was told that I was "probably not using the proper charger" I guess because I'm older I'm an.idiot,, for the record I use a proper apple charger and what that has to do with being unable to hold a charge or the mic port not working anymore is beyond me. Oh,,,and not a word about actually.doing what was needed or a refund as they had not done the work! the new normal I guess!

Both times, clerk tells me that they dont repair the type of devices I brought in (a Bluetooth speaker, a charging iPhone case). On google, the picture depicts that this location repairs "electronics". The store sign has since been changed. I guess they're not interested in my money! Thanks for nothing!

I dropped off my Mac computer over a week ago. I was told they would contact me via email, but never heard a word. Even checked junk mail. Phoned on Saturday and left a message. They didn't return my call. I called on Monday, was informed the tech would call me Yesterday. Still have not heard from him. I think their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They want almost $500 to repair it. Seems like a bit much I would like to retract my review of Repair Express, as I think I spoke too hastily. Although they didn't call me when they said they would, the did email me often. Unfortunately, it kept going to my "other inbox", of which I hate that hotmail added. Anyway, they tried their best to fix my rather outdated, and apparently not in very good shape computer, but it would have cost more than the computer was worth, as it was obvious someone had messed with it, and damaged it badly. They did replace my battery and update it at a reasonable cost. I recommend them and would go back again. Thank You

Brought my phone in while visiting Penticton as I had taken it out of the case and then dropped it. Screen was intact but phone would not power up at all. Service and attempt at diagnostic was immediate and options were presented. I was very upset as there were irreplaceable pictures. Phone was sent out and the Power Management System needed to be rebuilt. It was done, and phone works like new. No data loss at all. I don't believe I could have had better service anywhere else and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and hopefully won't need their services again, but If I ever do I'll send my devices to them over any other choices out there (including Apple).

Disgusted. Worst customer service. False advertising. The owner refused to provide services for the price that was posted on his own website. He even admitted that he was the one that posted the prices on the store website. Then instead of providing the advertised price he tried to change the online pricing while we were in the store. He was extremely rude. Wouldn't go back even if he paid me to fix my cell phone. There are many more reliable, reputable cell phone repair places in Vernon. Only go here if you are looking to be taken advantage of.

Good service. When I brought my iPod 6th generation into to get it fixed there they sent it off to Kelowna for Penticton to get cracked screen fixed. Its gonna cost me nearly 170 bucks to get fixed. When my mother in law brought my son's other one in before it one costed $100 dollars to get done in store. I don't know why they sent it off to another store so I would pay more. If I need something done again I'm not bringing it here.

i took a S7 in for a broken camera, took 1/2 a work day off sitting in their waiting area. didnt check the repair quality til i was home that evening. They replaced the glass cover lens with a used(?) plastic 1(but charged for glass). Camera picks were blurry once on a laptop size screen.Next cell shop took pics of the excess glue that had been applied when Repair express fixed the camera, honestly looked like preschool work, and lots of it. Then i got the monthly "are you happy with us still" emails....after i explained who i was again, they took me off their spamming list, 1/2 a year later though. Wasnt a good experience.

I came in right at open and the cute little Asian girl quickly helped me. She told me the cost which is reasonable for an Iphone. She told me it should be ready tomorrow afternoon and she would give me a call right away. I got a call the next day and her sweet little voice said everything seems to be working fine and to pick it up whenever its convenient for me. What a doll! Was dealing with the manager at the Vernon location on a battery change in my phone. Was told it would be a day or two for the battery to come in. I called multiple times for 2 weeks, and all I got was it's not here yet. Then he said he'd call me when it arrives, another 5 days later and nothing. I have never dealt with a more dishonest, unreliable and unprofessional person. Took my phone in to replace the battery. He broke my phone, lied about it and strung me along with promises he never kept. 3 weeks later, my phone still never got fixed. These guys are not to be trusted! Take your electronics elsewhere!

Tareable I got my phone fixed there and than the next time I dropped it the glass shattered so bad so than I went to Kelowna cell repair and he said it was a fake apple screen it's a scam and a bad price .W.A.R.N.I.N.G Do NOT Go there

KILLED IT! i walked in at 5:25 when they close at 5:30. I explained my situation and expressed that I needed my phone working for my business. Chris the manager was amazing, not only did he take my phone and explain he would stay late for me, he had the phone repaired in 20 min! I have replaed over 30 screens in the past 10 years. When you are a man who runs on time, a couple dollars difference doenst matter. I would recomend this place to everyone. Does every business bat 100%? nope. But at least they went the extra mile with their customer service. Hats off guys, you kept my business in the saddle!
