I went in after being at the post office,to use Purolator to send a small package and suggested them. It was great! It's was also $70 cheaper, she had it done in know time, when she had never heard of this small town called Kalaat Khasba and it was delivered in 4 days!!!!! Amazing. Even the regular post takes 7-10 and if a package takes 30-40! It's so slow! I'd recommend Digital Underground to anyone!

Their response time was excellent. They offered me two solutions; one was cheaper but would take a month for the part to come in. The other was more expensive (brand name part) but they could have it fixed in a couple days. I chose the faster option. Mike fixed my issue very quickly and the labour rate was very reasonable. He also fixed an issue the computer came with that four warranty “repairs” couldn’t, and again for a reasonable rate. He didn’t even have to wipe my computer which the manufacturer did each time. I am very satisfied with the work done, the rates, and the friendliness of every staff member there.

I had a note stuck on my door from purorlator that they knocked ( I did not hear it and my 98 lb dog did not bark) it told me to go to the address of Digital Underground to obtain my package, I drove from Codri gton to Trnton to find it and it was difficult to pinpoint the location from Google maps. I knocked on the door, the guy came to the door and said they were not accepting packages due to covid... WTH I was incoveninced because of communication problems with purolator and this company because I called them before and they only had a voicemail to leave a message. I drove all the way there knocked on the door only to have the response I had. I told the guy I called you to Sk where exactly are you... I got a call back 2 hours later ..after I knocked on the door.. furthermore i was told buy purorlator that the wait time was 10 mins they called me back 1 1/2 hours later

My MacBook was showing an error of no wifi hardware installed, I called Digital Underground to see if they had the part that Apple was trying to sell me for a much higher price. They ended up selling me an alternative solution that works perfectly and was a fraction of the price that I had thought I would have to pay. Very good experience, came in with a couple problems while attempting to build my own pc, (m.2 drives not recognizing, games crashing, making sure it was wired correctly). They fit me in right away but informed me I may not have it until monday as I came in on Friday and they had other appointments. Was fixed that day!
