Messaged this company, to have a dryer outlet installed, for my elderly parents. I received a call and was told, it would be looked after the following week. No one came or even contacted me, so I called and was told it would be looked after in a couple days. Once again, no one called or contacted me. At this point, I sent a message expressing my displeasure, and was asked to call. Instead, I called Cantwell Electric, and they came two days later, doing a great job. They were friendly and easy to deal with.

I called about having a new digital thermostat installed in early spring and was asked to send a picture of the one to be replaced. Never was called back. Last week, I contacted them again about the same issue as well as getting a quote on having a surge protecter installed. I was told they would be by to give me a quote the next day when he was on his way back from Baddeck. Never showed up or called. I called them back the next day and was given a apology for him not showing up and was told he would be out later the same day. Never showed up again and never called. I would have appreciated them saying from the start that they either can't do the job or don't want to do the job. Would have not wasted my time calling and waiting for them.

Darren and his team were very professional and did an amazing job. We needed an emergency repair and they arrived on time, explained what needed to be done in a clear and easy-to-understand way and got to work immediately. They were efficient, did quality work and were neat and tidy. They even returned later in the evening to check that everything was okay after power was hooked back up and remapped the panel for us. I would highly recommend them and plan to book them in the future for some light replacements.
