We have brought our home computer, laptop, and my cell phone to Richard and he was very reasonable and everything works great. We would recommend his work to any one that needs any electronics fixed. It would have cost us a lot more if we took it to other people. We did take a note book to someone before I knew him and it would have been cheaper for us to get another one and the person that fixed it never told us what was wrong with it and 5 weeks later we got it back plus a $200.00 bill to go with it needless to say we never dealt with that person again. He is also very professional and honest.

I spilled water on my laptop and figured I had ruined it and lost all of my pictures and coursework. I called Richard and brought my laptop to him. He was able to fix the computer, restore all of my data and cleaned up the hard drive and keyboard. He did all of this within a few hours! He did such a great job. I had a trojan virus unknowingly placed on my computer, leaving my computer completely unprotected and open to further fraudulent interference. Richard promptly cleaned my computer of the offensive virus, installed protection and provided me with written analysis of what happened to my computer. Richard was the most helpful computer technician I have ever experienced, very professional and charged considerably less than what I have come to expect from other computer specialists.
