Had the worst experience with this guy! Everything he sold was over priced. Didn't do anything to the computer I brought in and still tried to charge me for the "hard work" he did. Nothing but a con. Wish I could take away the stars this dude has. Do not do business with this guy your a fool if you do.

Given the delays lasting a few weeks, overcharging according to his written claim form, his condescending attitude and his non-functioning link to repair status. I would NEVER deal with this business again. (I rated one star as I couldn't rate any less as in a negative star.) The fact that some other customer agreed with you that costs were apparently explained properly on the form is totally IRRELEVANT. That other customer was not present to hear your explanation of costs that were inconsistent with your very poorly worded claim form. Remember the missed placed comma you referred to? You wrote I wasn't charged for the two parts that didn't fix the problem with my computer. Which business would charge for parts that do nothing to repair the laptop? Are you for real? At the end of the day, I don't expect you to agree with my assessment of my experience with your business and frankly I don't care. For the record, I did get capable, timely and PROFESSIONAL repair service elsewhere. My friends and acquaintances know where not to go for computer related services.

Brought my ps4 in to be cleaned and have thermal paste replaced, they replaced and cleaned it all for 60$. My ps4 would overhead constantly on any game even old games. It would sound like a jet engine. We almost bought a whole new one for 400$ Now it doesnt make a single sound. It doesnt overheat, it can make it through loading screens again. Its basically brand new. Thank you a bunch you saved me so much money and time. We got it back the same day and everything. Thanks again big time! You guys are wizards.

Went to get my computer running faster (it was working, just slow). This guy ended up breaking my computer and it wouldn’t run at all when I got it back. Then he wanted to charge me an additional cost to look at it again. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Very unprofessional and very uneducated technician.

Went in to get my xbox one cleaned and ps4 fixed. Xbox was returned within a few hours working like new and ps4 was supposed to take a few weeks for parts but got it in sooner and was surprised and delighted that it also worked liked new. Thx Rob. If I ever have another issue this is the place I will go 100%
