I have a MacBook Air that needed a replacement battery. I contacted the Jump+ store and they said they’d have to “diagnose it” (that’s one appointment), order the part and then fix it (a separate appointment). Ain’t nobody got time for that. I contacted Frank at PC Paramedics. He ordered the battery right away, it came in a few days later and he installed it IN 1 HOUR! The Jump people told me 2-3 DAYS! Don’t be foolish. Go to PC Paramedics.

Edit: A support person called on behalf of the customer, and was not able to achieve a satisfactory outcome as a result of this discussion. I do not believe that leaving a review on behalf of an individual who is not able to leave one herself when the review is based on first-hand information from that person, your customer, is inappropriate, let alone false or speculative. Leaving a review on behalf of my friend. Flabbergasted with the extremely poor service she received. She brought in her computer because it wasn't working correctly in the hopes PC Paramedics could get it running or failing that, retrieve her data. She got it back without the graphics card her husband had installed. Staggered by the exceptionally low quality of service and outright theft (or exceptionally grave failure of communication resulting in loss of property). Even if this was done in error (ie. internal miscommunication), she is owed a sincere apology and a full refund. She has received neither. She's not the type to leave a review and I've seen the computer with the missing hardware myself and so I felt obligated to let potential customers know what they're getting into.

I recently broke the screen on my Omen laptop so I reached out to the PC paramedics, they responded to my email so quickly and were super helpful! They understood about me needing to wait to get it fixed (waiting for income) and were still super helpful during the wait. I sent my model and they let me know exactly how much it would cost, then stuck to that price! They even reached out to help get me $15 dollars off by ordering the PC part at a specific time. Super professional, I really like the shop, and my laptop screen is back and usable! Overall really great service. :)

My laptop screen was repaired on a newer laptop. The screen used for the replacement is low quality and doesn't match the quality of the original screen. The trimming around the screen on the laptop was also butchered and doesn't stay in place and keeps popping out. Take your business elsewhere.

It was a fair price for a fairly accurate assessment. I had a Win 10 setup which was crashing--at first intermittently then consistently. They were able to diagnose it. However, they were not able to determine whether or not the issue was with the nvme interface on my mainboard or the nvme drive itself. Nonetheless, after buying a normal SSD drive and connecting it via SATA and reinstalling windows, the PC has been running without a hitch. Would take my PC there again to be looked at.

UPDATE: The owner contacted us and informed us about a warrenty on the hard drive. We took the computer in the next business day and he fixed it at no additional charge because it was a faulty hard drive. We now have a working computer again. In November/December 2017 we took our laptop to get the hard drive repaired. Everything seemed fine but not even a week later the computer would try to start up but it never fully started up before freezing or turning off again. I dont have the money to pay for it to be repaired again.

Have fixed all of computer issues over the years. What really sets them apart is their great customer service. Whenever they service a computer of mine they are never afraid to disclose what the issue was, preventative measures and answer other technical questions I ask. Sometimes you find computer repair companies trying to hide what they fixed but PC Paramedics are open to ''knowledge transfers'' and assisting their customers. I have learned a lot over the years from their analysis that they share when they were never obligated to disclose how they fixed the computer issues to begin with. I trust them and would recommend them to anyone.

ive called on many different occasions multiple times and nobody ever picks up whats the point of having a buisness phone and never answering ive even left messages and no body calls back so i go in and tell the guy i cant ever get a hold of anyone and he says we were probly busy... very poor service dont recommend it
