If you have a Samsung phone don't go here. Got my screen replaced a while ago but some how they messed with my battery. My family is also having the same issue with there phones then they go on to there phone when fixing and change the review.

Staff is very knowledgable and helpful, many items to choose from in store as well as through their online website. Although some prices are a bit steep for certain items however it is a small computer store which I find is common among smaller shops as they don't receive the cheaper price on an item because they aren't selling several hundred units at one time.

Called about cell phone screen repair. was told just come to the store. went to the store and it wasnt opened. rang the bell several times but no one came. no im not in your customer database because you arent open for me to be a customer. whoever was on duty wasnt answering the door.

I was able to communicate with the store via email to order a laptop that I needed to acquire. I was sent the website to review and choose the computer that would fit my needs. I dealt with Brent, The Sales & Operations Manager who made things happen quickly and quite smooth. The website was easy to select, the laptop arrived via shipped to my doorstep. Pricing was super competitive with your large box stores. I prefer to help the family owned and operated businesses over the retail chains. I am a very happy consumer, this was a very smooth, professional process and customer service and experience was on point.

Back in September (yes - 6 months ago), I brought my laptop in for a simple repair. The pick-up date kept getting postponed, until I had to demand that the computer be returned to me (unrepaired) - for which I was still charged almost $50. Eventually, Rogan did look at my computer, did a small adjustment, told me he'd phone when the part was in and then - nothing. My calls were not returned, nor were my emails.

Horrible customer service and I would not recommend to anyone trying to get their phone or anything fixed. Not only are they over priced but come up with multiple excuses as to why they "cannot" reach you, why they have bad communication between themselves or their customers and where the employees are so you can receive your product back. Worst experience ever do not use this business.

was quoted over $300 to repair screen on my phone after paying $45 for a diagnostic from them, so i took it to Fonelab in Waterloo , got a free diagnostic and was called 4 hours later saying the phone was repaired, the bill wss $70 , won't be going to Schneiders for phone repairs ever again

I usually never give review to anyone but after getting so many services from Schneiders, i thought they deserve one. Businesses like these are huge assets to the community as they provide all IT services ranging from a small cable to web designs. I have bought two laptops till date from Schneider's as they beat the price of big box stores like walmart, best buy or staples. I also got android box from them which runs great, they program it for you and also provide support in case you want in future. I regularly buy office supplies, computer parts and what not from here. You just name it, they will get it for you for cheapest price possible. For years, i am getting my phones fixed from here. They use genuine parts ensuring the best quality where no other business do repairs on cell phones and tablets nearby. I highly recommend them.

Went to bring in my laptop twice to get fixed and both times there was no employee at the store (they were out at service call). Why don’t you have employees dedicated to service calls and in store ? If the store is open , I feel like someone should always be there.

Switched from Rogers Cable and Internet to Bell services, and saved over half! Which was a nice surprise. I definitely won't be going back to Rogers after being with them for 19 years. Internet is twice as fast, and better TV selection... love the built in Netflix app on Fibe TV! I love the wireless receiver features also.

Amazing experience, my Samsung S20 wasn't repairable as I cracked my main board when I dropped it, so for the cost of the screen they helped me replace the device with a like new S20. I will be back!
