service was great and friendly. brought my Xbox One in for a diagnosis. a power outage caused a power surge to fry my power supply. the guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, gave us a heads up to purchase a surge protector. 10/10 would absolutely recommend going here for repair or diagnosis or accessories!

After running in to a computer issue that seemed unfixable, the owner saw my post, reached out personally and was able to save my MacBook Pro. Nanoshop is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to please their customers! I have since been back for other repairs, parts and accessories, always receiving top quality service. I’m confident they can repair almost any electronic and they stock a large amount of accessories/parts and used devices in store. Highly Recommended !

So freaking happy right now! Long story short, child's tablet was broken at school. Sent out an SOS on Facebook got recommended to try the Nanoshop, called asap. Carl was great! He quoted me the price over the phone, checked to make sure he had the part in stock. Polite and professional, but wait there's more. Dropped my son's tablet in and he said should be able to get it fixed the same day. He got really busy and called me right before he closed. Said he was closed but he was still there working on my son's tablet. He fixed it after hours and let us come in and pick it up!!!! Didn't know that was a thing people did anymore!!!! He was still working on other customer's items when we left, his wife was there making sure the store was COVID clean. Store was immaculate and so well organized. Just WOW!!! Such a great experience. Oh I should add, tablet repair was perfect! Worth the money I paid and more.

Highly recommend Nanoshop! We had a malfunctioning PlayStation 5 and no one could help us - not even Sony. We brought it into the Nanoshop and they took care of it. Excellent technical skill and customer service.
