MacBook would not come on. Looked at the reviews for this place. Seemed okay. Guy at the desk was helpful. Because of work I had to pick it up two days late. But when I got there, he was gone. The lady tried her best to contact him and even gave me his number. I texted twice. I went back again another day and this other customer and I saw that no one was there when it said it was open. I basically paid for my computer to stay in stroud for a week.

Could of been way better. RESERVED a trailer for 11am and I get a call at 10 or so saying someone has rented it and won't be back till 12:30pm, tells me to come than. No problem.. the trailer didn't end up coming back till 2:20pm or so, and all I was offered was $10 off for waiting 2 hours with a guaranteed reservation...

I took my iPad Air to get fixed because I cracked the screen. Turns out the iPad Air had a plastic on it a protector of sorts. When I went to pick up they told me it was no charge they simply took the plastic off it was not broken. I was impressed with the professionalism and honesty. I was ready to pay $250 to have a screen that I thought was cracked fixed. I will be taking my apple laptop to them today to fix. Very honest very professional highly recommend. My gaming PC stopped having power after my failed attempt at upgrading it. I was able to bring my PC by in the morning around, I got a call within an hour about the progress made and what they found, Chike was extremely helpful and able to point out what I can do to improve the machine as well as he took the time to clean everything off, something I hadn't done in probably two years. I took my 5 year old Asus gaming laptop here after it had slowed down considerably over the years and it was undoubtedly clogged with pet hair and dust. Within days Chike thoroughly cleaned the laptop and even sent me a photo of the inside of it. He also fixed whatever else was slowing down my system. Amazing service!! Needed a replacement battery for my 2013 MacBook without traveling all the way to the apple store and received a lot of information about my computer. The replacement was $200 which is the same as apple but finished in 1 day. They even threw in a free service of thermal paste which I initially declined. I had a 15" Mid-2015 Macbook Pro that had a swollen battery. They were able to quickly replace the battery (in about 24 hours) and the machine is working perfectly. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and informative, and the price was very reasonable, as the repair is a pain to do.

Drove 45 minutes to get here only to find out all the pictures they posted of the laptop I wanted left out the corner which had a giant peice of plastic missing. They gave me a discount of 25 bucks lol. I should have walked away then cause after I brought it home it still seemed like a good deal until it crashed after i updated It. I then took to another laptop repair place and they told me 200-300$ in hard drive repairs needed to be done.
