I want to start out by saying the Simcoe location is 110%. The technician is like a phone repair god he fixed a phone for me that I thought for sure was done for 15 feet fall I thought for sure it was over but NO the technician at mobilemend fixed it better then new great service and saved me a lot of money thanks Simcoe location.

Came here a few months ago to get my ipod fixed, it wasn't charging so i gave it to them to fix, a while later they told me the battery was the issue, it cost me $200 to fix it and when i got it back it still wasn't charging. i brought it back to get fixed and they didn't call me back for a month. I ended up calling them and they still hadn't even looked at it, i ended up just going back to get it. I spent $200 for nothing. The battery was never the issue and I never asked for the screen to be replaced, not to mention they deliberately ignored my phone calls. I would call using my phone and got no response and then immediately after i would use my dads phone and I would get an instant response.

If you need you phone or electronic repaired this is the place. I broke my phone screen and they were able to take care of me very quick despite not having my screen in stock at the moment. Fast service and had my phone back quick. Then there was a complication on my part, nothing of their fault and they went above and beyond to help me out. Everyone was very friendly and professional from the front desk to technician calling me for updates. When I got my phone back it's just like new. I highly recommended for any mobile repairs!!

Took my son's phone in because he thought that the charging port needed to be replaced, since it wasn't charging. He knew immediately by looking at it, that the charging port was just dirty. Cleaned it, tested it, and all is well. He didn't want any compensation, but I left him a little tip anyway. Excellent customer service, and very quick. I would recommend Mobile Mend to anyone having cellphone issues. ????

The guy here is awesome, I built a custum pc as a project that ended up being over my head, He was able to fix my mistakes and get the hardware running for me. On top of that he got it fixed before a weekend and for very cheap. 10/10

The staff here is great always so helpful and can basically answer any random question about electronics that I throw at them. prices are super good they don't overcharge for anything which is nice and I can drop my device off and pick it up the same day or the next day without any issues or hassles. They are there a great place to take any of your electronics if you're having issues

I have dealt with this firm 2 times in 2 years. Both times I am 100% satisfied with the professional and efficient service that I received. Anyone that I have recommended these guys to has already heard great things about them or has had their own excellent experience. I read through all the reviews, the one left by a guy named Paul is typical of his feedbacks he leaves, like complaining the POS was in French at a store he visited in Quebec! No pleasing people like that. Kudos to Justin for his grace in dealing with it. Please keep up the fantastic service you provide and we will go nowhere else.

I won't go into detail, but took my daughters tablet in with what I thought was a damaged charging port. Left extremely impressed. Because of my experience I won't even contemplate ever going anywhere else to have electronics repaired other than here. It's totally awesome when you go to a business and leave feeling better than when you went in. Don't go anywhere else but here!
