Negative stars charged me 20 dollars for a screen protector full of bubbles i said take it off I dont want it said that's the best he could do!!! Would not give my money back have to take phone somewhere else to get redone this guy is a shyster and thief luckily was only 20 dollars I lost save yourself some time and find a better person to deal with

This store is a joke. I brought my Sony Xperia z3 to their store to have the screen fixed. They said they would be able to fix it, and have it back to me the next day. When I got the phone back, the screen wasn't fully in place, the microphone wasn't working, and the screen sensor for phone calls wasn't working. I have since complained about the fact that my screen and backing are peeling apart from the rest of the phone, and if it wasn't for my case, I'm sure it would completely separate. The store has refused to fix the other issues brought to their attention, and have only managed to fix the broken microphone. I have since encountered a few people who have also had repairs done at this store, and have simular complaints. Had I know any of this prior to taking my phone there, or had seen reviews like this when I searched them online, I wouldn't have brought my phone there.

DONT BUY PHONES FROM THIS STORE! paid 100$+ on a used phone and the first 5 days it was great then the battery started draining really quickly and would jump around i took it in to see what they could do and they said its because of the apps i use when id only use facebook messenger on it and youtube and now the phone wont even turn on 80% of the time and it'll randomly shut off when it does come on and now its out of the exchange date so i wasted my money on a worthless phone would not recommend buying anything from this store

broke my phone, I brought it here, it came out more broken than when I handed it in. When I called and complained, pretended like they didn't know who I was. Went in, in person with reciept, still the same thing. Money grabbbing, disrespectful owner, and employee flirts with every girl, gives a discount if they're cute.
