J'y suis allé pour faire diagnostiquer mon ordinateur et ils m'ont dit qu'il était mort et que rien ne pouvait être fait car les pièces ne sont plus disponibles et ils m'ont vendu un autre ordinateur à la place. Après avoir fait inspecté mon ordinateur ailleurs, il s'avérait qu'il fallait juste changer un câble qui était défectueux et créait un faux contact, en plus de cela, le technicien à apparemment brisé un autre câble en démontant mon laptop pour l'inspecter. Le gérant à été très serviable et m'a remboursé l'ordinateur que j'ai pris suite au faux diagnostique de mon laptop. Bien qu'il ait été accommodant, je n'ai reçu aucune excuses de leurs part et n'ai pas été remboursé pour le diagnostique erroné... Edit suite à la réponse de CIK: Je m'excuse mais votre réponse est complètement fausse, premièrement personne d'autre que vous n'a démonté l'ordinateur suffisamment pour avoir accès au câble, indiquant qu'il a bel et bien été brisé dans votre établissement. De plus votre commentaire est d'autant plus faux car je vous avais expliqué que le "show de boucane", comme vous l'appelez, était dû au fait que j'ai essayé de changer l'écran moi même et que l'ordinateur s'est rallumé durant cette manipulation, créant un faux contact qui a grillé le connecteur du câble et a généré de la fumée. Une vérification complète de la carte mère a été faite durant 2h ailleurs, ce qui n'a pas été fait chez vous (j'ai reçu un appel moins de 1h après l'avoir déposé chez vous et payé 35$ de plus pour passer en priorité), votre concurrent a confirmé qu'il n'y avait aucun problème dessus et que seul le câble de l'écran créait un faux contact empêchant l'ordi de s'allumer. Je trouve que c'est vraiment malhonnête de votre part de continuer à dénier le manque de compétence que vous m'avez démontré et de continuer à dire des choses fausses....

Terrible customer service. I could write a book about the hell these people have put me through. They sold me a laptop with a defective touchscreen, awful quality control, it was very obvious.
