Muhammad is a great, professional computer repair guy. My computer died completely and he was able to recover all of my data, settings and put it all on one of his refurbished computers for a great price. He installed Windows 10 Pro with updates, and gave me a different office suite and a bunch of new things to help with fun and multimedia. Mr. Kashif had some trouble while helping me, not on his end, on my end, but he persevered until I had a computer that was purring like a kitten. My new computer is fast, he upgraded me in a few ways and things are going smoothly now. Thank you good Sir! I will keep you in mind in the future, when I need computer/ phone help. We are doing distance education and it's a relief to finally have a working computer. Just left the repair shop and I am quite pleased with the service. I came in yesterday and the owner did not have the right tool, but he told me to come tomorrow. So I went and he did exactly what I needed and in a timely manner. I also notified him of another issue on my phone which he fixed free of charge. The place is a bit messy but other than that 5 star service. Thanks owner. :)

I went in to figure what wrong with my pc I built. I had all the wires plugged in. Display showed nothing but everything else worked. Guy said he will charge me 56$ including cable management. I come pick it up and all he did was switch 2 little cable. With no wire management at all. And charged me 56$. I wish I had known before that Canada computer does it this all professionally for 50$.

I had an issue with my laptop with a wire strip that connected from on off switch to motherboard and Mohammad came through with service that i see as 100+%. Before I had taken my laptop to KK computers I too it to WINTEL COMPUTERS and they started to say it was a motherboard issue and wanted to replace motherboard. Needless to say it was not the motherboard. So, please never go to WINTEL COMPUTERS they are a RIP OFF.. KK Computers is number 1+ SUPER Thank you Mr. Mohammad

Mr. Kashif is the owner of this place. He is one of the friendliest person I have ever met. I have gone to him for like 5-6 times. He fixed my broken laptop, recovered the data from harddrive, installed windows and etc. I also bought good quality phone accessories from him time to time. We took our laptop in today because we were having a fan malfunction (noisy and vibrating). After a thorough cleaning the fan was still not operating properly. We received a call back to advise us that a new fan would have to be installed and we were told it would be fixed immediately and we could pick it up in half an hour. When we arrived we were shown the old fan and our sparkling clean laptop. Clean from top to bottom. The laptop was then started up and it runs perfectly. Fabulous service, fast, friendly and very reasonably priced. We never dreamed we would have our laptop back within a matter of hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I recently brought in two MacBook Airs to be repaired, both of which had water damage. One was fixed with no issue, with the other I was told that it could not be repaired, that the entire motherboard had to be replaced. I retrieved my computer and decided to get a second opinion. At that second location I was told that 2 components from the motherboard were missing - neither of which had anything to do with the issue at hand. I have tried to contact the owner several times to understand why these items were removed but have had no response. My most generous guess is that he figured the motherboard was a right off and why would I miss these items? But really, he took something that was not his to have. This is the kind of behaviour that perpetuates the idea of the shady repairman.

Had an external hard drive that cannot power up. Kashif diagnosed it very quickly and got it fixed within 10 minutes. Parts+labour was $40 which I thought was fair and didn't really care because he had just saved my time and all the photos I had taken in the past 7 years! Honest and down-to-earth owner; highly recommended.

This business is fabulous. I got a new hard drive installed because my computer was slow. Paid for that, and then had a problem with email when I got home. I came back and he spent close to 2 hours with me to fix it, even though it wasn't his problem. I hope I don't have to come back soon but if I have another problem I know where I will go for help. Would definitely recommend KK computers for anyone who needs to get any tech repairs done. Went to them to get my computer fixed for water damage. The owner did the diagnostic on the spot and showed me through the parts that were affected. Was very friendly and answered all my questions from the very beginning to the very end. Apparently the damage was really bad and he recommended that I get a new one. The other option was to leave it with him to see if it could be salvaged. If not then at least retrieve the data. Fast forward a couple of days later everything was up and running again to my surprise. Cost of the repair was fairly good for such a fix. The owner is clearly experienced and knowledgeable in what he does and it really shows. An amiable, professional, and honest guy. Would def return.
