Is EZStamp software expensive? Yes... but is it WORTH EVERY PENNY? ABSOLUTELY! I would buy it again in a heartbeat, and twice on Sundays! The *sheer amount of work* that has been done for the stamp collector here (catalog numbers, details, special notes, stamp pictures etc.) and the searching power of the database means that all I do to enter a stamp into my inventory is open a country, do a search (usually on the denomination I see on the stamp), find the picture, click it, add my own stuff (the date I bought it and how much it cost me etc.) and then click Save, and DONE. I've created a customized report so I have a compete stamp inventory with me on my phone at all times (in pdf format). Wow! Been using it for years and highly recommend it.

I have been using EZStamp, AlbumGen and EZPerf for some time now. They are by far the best, most comprehensive pieces of software for stamp collecting that I have seen or experienced. I have used two other stamp inventory programs and they do not come close to EZStamp. Not only is the software fantastic but the support is phenomenal. every time I sit down to use easy stamp I'm amazed how powerful it is and how easy it is to use. These guys have experienced and thought of just about everything one would need to update and make a record of their collection. It's very easy to use once you figure it out how to. The videos help a whole lot. My experience when I have a problem which is usually due to the user error, Mariiost is prompt to respond to help resolve the issues. the entire collection of software is very easily integrated with each other much more so than the big-name software developers. I cannot recommend this product with any higher or stronger recommendation. Stamp collecting takes a lot of time but the soft pro products help reduce the monotony.

To say 'EZStamp am SRS is the most remarkable stamp program is a major understatement. There is noting to compare to the quality, speed, accuracy and completeness of the stamp database s. Select a county, enter the scanned stamp hit search and the speed of the result will blow you out of your chair. The stamp information is complete with Scott number, date of issue, description, color, etc. Enter the quality of your stamp and record it in your database to generate reports, etc. If you are, or want to be a serious philatelist or just want to enjoy your hobby teven more, his is a must have. The greatness of this program is matched by the excellent support. If there is a question you will receive a response in just minutes. I have never had any product support to come close to this.

I LOVE EZStamp. I have been using it since 2002. The product was very good when I first started using it and it just keeps getting better. The accuracy of the data, descriptions and the quality of the images are first rate. From time to time, I have had technical hiccups, often related to my conversion to Apple computers, and Marios has been so helpful and each time the problem was fixed with a single contact! The ability to have a cloud backup is a great feature and the YouTube videos are so helpful in learning how to maximize all the EZStamp features. I could not imagine functioning without it!

I have been collecting stamps for over 70 years and this is one of the best programs I have ran across. I tried to develop my own database and It was a hassle. SoftPro is complete in every way. I am in the process of inputting my collection and its taken a while. My collection is US stamps only and so far have entered over 7500 stamps which include plate blocks, panes, sheets, first day covers, strips, souvenir panes. It makes the hobby much more enjoyable. The service from Mario's crew is great. I highly recommend it.

I tried other software previously (demos), and I found that Softpro 2010 Inc. was by far the best! Their customer service is fantastic! Every program I purchased is easy to use, thorough in content and works flawlessly. Trying the free demo programs are what convinced me buy the registered versions. After looking through so many options for cataloguing my US stamps I settled on EZStamp. It had everything I wanted but most importantly some real world values with Scott's numbers. Entering stamp information has been easy and the search function with thumbnail images has saved me countless amounts of time. I submitted an email question on a Friday morning and figured Monday would be the earliest I would hear from them. A few hours later and boom, just the information I needed. Reporting is excellent. I only gave 4 stars as the interface is a little clunky but I still highly recommend.

Soft Pro proves the old adage that a company really shows their true worth when fixing problems: speedily and efficiently. I was transferring all my Soft Pro software and data onto a new PC. I had issues with getting the EzStamp, EzPerf, EzImage software to run on a new system. After a remote connection was made, Marios quickly determined the problem on a Windows 10 Pro system with Norton Antivirus installed. EZStamp is an amazing product that makes it easy for stamp collectors to keep an up-to-date inventory of their collection(s). The incredible number of features that has been built into the program defies description. I have been maintaining an inventory on spreadsheets for years, but this program has made my life much, much easier. I would recommend it wholeheartedly. I had a problem with down load and I all in and got him right away, and took of the problem right now. How many do that for you? I like to listen demo's and then buy. Right now I have the main program, and going listen to the other programs Demo's. If you check the other ones, you don't get ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC program. Also the price was great. I have been using Albumgen and EZstamps for a few years. I have nothing but good things to say about the 2 programs. They are very easy to learn how to use and do a great job. But to me this in not the most important thing. It is the personal service you get! I am not very computer savvy (read a complte computer klutz!) Dowloading programs never wotrks for me. On top, I had to buy a new computer recently. Needless to say the transfer of info did not go smoothly. I was not able th find my 2 stamp programs. Low and behold, one phone call to Mario and within minutes he had a code to enter my computer and fix it (and not the first time). I have had the various EzStamp and EzCoin products for years and every time I have needed help, I have been quick to get the help I needed. Marios just assisted me today with some albums I had made with AlbumGen that I transferred to a new computer and the images were missing. Marios remotely assisted me and was very patient with the terrible internet connection on my end. He helped me restore the lost images as well as another album that had become corrupted but he was able to restore due to me having a backup. Make sure you backup. They have great products and have great service and are always quick to assist your with your needs. I highly recommend all of their products. They are well worth it.

The program is without a doubt, “The best stamp inventory I have ever had and I have had a few over my years.” The ability to find info on a stamp, identify a stamp and put custom info is second to none. The support is fantastic. I have had several occasions to use it, all my errors, and I received all the support I could ask for in a very cheerful manner. This last time, my virus protection was blocking the download. He not only fixed the download but properly fixed the virus program which I thought I had done. I have been using Soft Pro EZ Stamp for more than fifteen years and I find it to be an invaluable tool for inventory control, pricing, identification, and documentation of my stamp collection. I also have the Washington-Franklin identification tool and EZ Grader. As the value of stamps do not change much year to year, I find I can add newer stamp issues easily without buying the upgraded software. Also the technical support is excellent. I used EZ Stamp with EZ Image and SRS to organize and catalog a rather completely unorganized stamp collection I inherited. The work so far has resulted in over 5,000 individual entries being inventoried, catalogued, and rather completely organized and cross-referenced. i began my work as a complete novice, and not only produced a body of work that anyone would be proud of, but I also gained knowledge of and appreciation for Stamp Collecting and Stamp Collectors. EZ stamp was easy to understand, logical, practical, and extremely easy to use. I made three "false starts" with other methods of organizing my stamps, and quit every time. THEN, finally, I came upon EZStamp and SoftPro. Take it from me, a novice who figured he would NEVER get his stamps organized... and here I am, more than 5,000 entries so far... don't look any further than EZStamp. There's nothing "out there" that comes even close to EZStamp for ease of use at EVERY stamp collecting task... from individual stamp identification, analysis and individual stamp image capture, to completeness of information after cataloging, automatic and current stamp collection valuation, and easy access to any aspect of your collection's content, it is EZStamp that gets the job done. I found that nothing else is even close.

I"ve come back to stamp collecting after no activity of several years. I had an old version of Ezstamp and purchased a new one last month. I really like the flexibility of this software. You can construct about any kind of record keeping that suits you. The only down side I've found is that I keep creating records, or problems that I have to somehow remove.

Every response is gracious, helpful and points to additional places in the documentation or the YouTube support videos to make sure you've gotten all the info you need for your inquiry. Years ago ran some other (don't remember) software that went unsupported. Having then found EzStamp and Marios has been the best thing ever for handling my stamp collection. As I find I need a bit more sophisticated process for handling oddities about my collection, find that Marios is way ahead of me and has it all covered. Simply an all around joy.

First, I’d like to say that rom my experience, SoftPro 2010 EZ Stamp is the very best stamp inventory software on the market. I have owned it since 2012. In this review I want to compliment the person behind the software, Marios Theodossiou. Here’s what happened. Briefly stated, my computer crashed in November 2021, and a tech-support person re-installed the basic and necessary software, i.e., Windows, etc. Thinking that this re-install was done properly, I tried to re-install SoftPro EZ Stamp, without success. I phoned Marios at SoftPro. Marios offered to work remotely on my computer to figure out why EZ Stamp would not install. Marios suggested that I have the tech support person recheck for corrupted files and re-install the basic computer software, Windows, etc. With the re-install completed, I notified Marios. For a 2nd time, Marios offered to work remotely on my computer to complete the re-install of EZ Stamp. This time, with Marios’ assistance, SoftPro EZ Stamp installed perfectly. I am truly grateful to Marios for initiating support for me through phone calls, emails and by working remotely twice, to make sure my computer was functioning properly as well as for a perfect install of EZ Stamp. For me, this experience speaks highly for Marios as well as his SoftPro EZ Stamp software because throughout this re-install he “had my back.” It’s not everyday that one finds this level of support.

I have been collecting stamps for more than 60 years - since I was about 7 and my father got me started. I have been using EZ stamp for several years now and it is great. I now have pretty much all of my holdings of British Empire and Commonwealth through the early 1970s inventoried so when I go to a stamp show I just take my MacPro laptop with me and I now what I need and what the valuation is. I purchased WORLD EzStamp on 5-2017 when I retired at age 72. Mariost and his company are great communicators! I downloaded my programs through the internet on to my Touch Screen. I have now inventoried over 55,000 different stamps and I am only 60% done with my collection. Stored these on EZ cloud for backup. I was a little intimated with the first new EzStamp update that I ordered on 8-2019 for new countries and current pricing. I downloaded, installed and activated that new update on to my NEW TOUCH SCREEN HP Pavilion with no problems and then downloaded my collection from the EZ cloud with no problems at all! I was letting my collection sit around and really didn't know what I had accumulated. This automated program is a wonderful and fun way for me to itemize, price, organize and appreciate my collection. This also is a very quick way to identify stamps when you see them for sale without opening the 7 volumes of large and heavy SCOTT catalogues. The EZStamp program is a well thought out and user friendly interface. The program is very complex, mirroring the information demanded for collecting. The interface surprisingly is not. There is a lot of unique information required to capture the art that is postage stamps. And EZStamp captures this information elegantly. If you know what you want/need, the program allows/provides a path. At the same time, a new user [me] isn't overwhelmed (you do need to read the manual, would be good to read their beginning material as well). My particular need for the software began with a large number of plate blocks and being tasked to capture, record and value. Being able to enter a entry simply by searching the block number is an incredibly easy process, with the ability to identify/capture multiple plate numbers. With all software, solutions support is an important component. My first contact with Marios was quite surprising. I wrote a request on Sunday about a specific set of actions, expecting a response the next day or so. Instead my answer (equally as detailed) arrived several hours later. As did the secondary exchange, still on Sunday. All in all, a clean and simple front end hosting a very capable and detailed stamp data set, married to a great customer service experience.

I purchased my Album Gen software five or six years ago for building album pages when I started using the Stanley Gibbons Great Britain Concise Catalogue. As a collector of the Machin Definitive issues I decided to expand my collection by adding the Machin issues that the Scott Catalog doesn't provide. After researching alternatives for creating album pages I found the advertisement for Album Gen in the Linn's Stamp News and it was just what I was looking for. What I like most about the use of the Album Gen software is how well the program is put together and how easy it is to use. To me there is nothing more fun then building a template page and proof reading it for possible corrections before sending it to print. As a final reward I end up with a very professional looking album page built to my liking. To any collector who enjoys building their own album pages I highly recommend the Album Gen Software and should you require any technical assistance Marios always provides outstanding support services.

To say I am not the most computer savvy guy in the world is a fair statement. My insurance company required that I have an inventory. I learned the hard lesson of not backing up and then wiping out my inventory. I purchased EZ stamp and it really is.
