I never heard of Marnics until 2-3 weeks ago and I highly recommend this local business. They have a no fix no fee policy which is nice. They were able to fix my son's waterlogged phone and my daughter's tablet that had a severely cracked screen. Friendly and helpful guys too.

My phone was completely destroyed and and fixed it within 3 hours...other then being a little expensive theure perfect they gave me tonnes of discounts and even fixed a crack in my camera for free. On top of that they have amazing Customer Service...I'd definitely go for any tech needs

This place is rather large, and offers many different services. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, they are overall great. The only thing I wasn't particularly happy about was the cost, but with quick service rates I would recommend them for any electronic services you may need.

Great customer service. They did a repair on my phone camera and stand behind their work. When an issue arose after the initial repair they corrected it quickly without complant. Great place. These guys fixed my phone and my son's switch. Spilled coffee on my laptop and they looked at it for free. Apparently it was all over the inside and I didn't want to repair it once they confirmed the damage. They offered to but I honestly didn't care enough about it to bother. I'll be heading back later to get my pics off and another that's been sittin in my garage. They have a no fix no fee policy, so it worked out well with no risk to take a look.

I cannot say enough good things about the Marnic’s store in Sault Ste. Marie. Upon walking into the store I was immediately greeted with a smile and prompt service. Even though they were busy I did not have to wait long for my questions to be answered by a professional. I could tell that the tall man with glasses that was helping me was very well informed about the products in the store due to his impressive ability to give me in-depth descriptions about any product I questioned him about. In addition, they have a wide selection of products to choose from which was surprising seeing as the store technically isn’t fully open yet. I cannot wait to see the plethora of products that they will have available when they have their grand opening! I can comfortably say without a shadow of a doubt that my experience at Marnic’s was the best I’ve ever had at any phone store. I will definitely be returning to them whenever I need a new phone or accessory as well as informing all my friends on the great experience I had at Marnic’s.

I went in to get my screen fixed on my pixel 3a. only took two hours to fix and its like a brand new phone. not only was job done perfectly, what really sold me was the customer service. I had to bring my toddler in and they were so patient and kind while he whined and fussed being in my arms. the gentleman that helped me even gave him a Pokemon Poster to distract him and my kid was over the moon. the poster kept him happy until the end of the visit. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need my phone fixed again. 10/10!
