Very rude on the phone and unwilling to even talk. Asked if he does onsite service and he hung up the phone. Called 3 times thinking there was a problem with the phone but on the last call he just said " Stop calling me" and hung up .

They replaced and updated to solid state hard drive, transferred all information to new drive & backed-up system. Prices were reasonable, turnaround fast (speed it works now is fast) did a great job. Glad I found Elliot. Try him you won't be disappointed. Dave zz817
