Prices are good and they have different stuff then otv which makes them unique however the shop is small and selection is limited. Staff is helpful and know their stuff.

Been there yesterday, shop closed by landlord because the manager owes a lot of money and did not pay the rent. Could not return a pc part that doesn't work, even the employees could not get in. Don't go there without calling them.

I was looking for a top of the line Microsoft surface pro 4 and no one but these guys said they could help get it before Friday. Everyone else said just go to our website and that they couldn't help beyond that. They are super friendly and will go above and what anyone else would.

Tiny little shop. Small selection. All you need to know about the owner is that he has let the exterior get overgrown with tall weeds and a layer of dust to build up on some of the stock. I came in, I was the only customer in the store and the employees were just standing around doing nothing. Were they cleaning the dust off the stock? No. Were they cutting down the weeds? No. Did they greet me when I came in? No. I don't know about you but that tells me that the owner doesn't care enough about his business. My advice is to go to OTV instead, they do a much better job of running a business.

May not be the most outwardly gorgeous shop, but has been a really great place to go for computer & electronics help. It doesn't seem like the owner knows the most about computers, but he's very kind and the techs there have been so great with me! The person with the red hair - I forgot their name - gave me some assistance and knew exactly what I needed. Thank you!!

I have visited Top-Logix in the past for various laptop repairs and, up until recently, loved their service. However, I am extremely frustrated with the service as of late. I took my laptop in for a repair and was told that it would take approximately 3-5 days and that if it would take longer than that they would phone me to let me know what was happening. Over a week later there was still no phone call so I phoned them only to discover that they had been meaning to call me to talk about my options because they had yet to do anything to the machine. After speaking with the tech he assured me he would take a look at it and get back to me right away to let me know if the repair would work or if it would not, in which case I would go buy a new one and get them to transfer my data over. But after calling them again the next day I found out that the tech is not in and I will be required to wait an additional 2+ days before they even try to fix it. I am extremely frustrated with this experience and wish I had know up front what I was in for because I never would have taken my computer here for repairs.

Really appreciated them being open on a Saturday. Had the parts in stock and available for a great price. Will definitely repeat my business. Came back again a year later -- had a rare part in stock and great service. They really know computers.

Overpriced labor , relatively slow repair times , poor part selection, built CPUs always come back with boot problems. The machines have always had problems turning on when coming from this location. It seems like some or all of the technicians are trained to forget to test boot consistency.

Dont bother. Shop online or talk to a computer savy friend. Prices are very high and service is fairly poor.

Brought my Macbook pro in for repair. Had to wait 4 weeks until it was "done". They diagnosed the issue regarding a failing logic board, but installed windows on it? They didnt really do me a service as my computer is still broken and was in pieces when they gave it back to me. I guess that's what $90 is worth for computer repairs these days? If you're a student and are having issues with your Mac, steer clear.

Excellent service, honest approach. This is what "small town customer service" used to be like. They were very responsive to my situation and provided a cost-effective solution when they would have made far more money replacing my entire system. When the time comes, they will be my first choice to provide a comprehensive system replacement. Good advice, great services, at reasonable prices.

I dropped my computer off, knowing what the problem was. I had to wait 8 weeks and make several phone calls to them to find out that they could not get the parts needed to fix it. When I picked it up I was shocked and disappointing that I had to pay over $70 for them not to fix it, and it was disassembled in many pieces. Now I still have to get it fixed and am out $70 and 8 weeks. This is ridiculous. I told the manufacturer this and they didn't believe me, they thought I was joking that I had to wait 8 weeks and pay to have my computer come back in pieces, and have nothing done to it. I don't plan on going back

Great customer service and they are very upfront about what they can and can't do. If you need to fix a computer, try them before bestbuy anytime and any day. So far I have not been disappointed. Definitely recommend.

WAY overpriced pc parts/prebuilt pc. the high end gaming pc at $1900 is insane i paid 100 less for a mid-range pc that that i built from BRAND NEW 2020 spec parts that would absolutely destroy the high end one and i cant overclock mine. im not sure where they got the price ideas but thats crazy

They really need to update their website. Store opening time said 0900 on Saturday mornings, I specifically went there because of the early opening time, only to find the door still locked. I waited 10 minutes, tried to phone to see if they were going to open, no answer. Time in the door only said 9– on Saturday mornings... half the time was ripped off. Was a bit of a turn off from the store, shows how they operate and care about the accuracy of their business. Won’t be shopping here.

Terrible, terrible service! They had my laptop for over 2 months when I was told it would take AT ABSOLUTE MOST 2 weeks! I now have it back and it is running slower than it did before I gave it to them! The tech installed programs on my laptop that I never asked for, nor did he ask my permission to do so. I also was given the run around by the tech every time I called, never getting a straight answer as to what was going on and when I would actually get my computer back. The kicker? All it needed was a new keyboard!!! How hard is that? Worst computer service I have ever received and now I have to shell out even more money to have the problems they created on my computer fixed by another company. So incredibly disappointed. Don't ever use this computer service if you want respectable customer service and the work done in a timely fashion. Also spoke with another company and was told that I was overcharged for the work done. So frustrating!

This plays really sucks. I brought my laptop in for a fix, and they told me it would cost $180 for a simple power jack swap. (which costs only around $5) They told it would be done in 2-3 weeks, and yet they hadn't even started repairing it for a month- and get this, they ordered the wrong part so I have to wait another time duration of who knows how long. I'm very unhappy.

Bought a very nice computer here a long time ago, glad to see they are still in business. This place was the best computer store in Saskatoon at the time, hard to know for sure now, but they still seem great.
