Exceptional customer service. The guy ( Mr. Jamaal) knows what he is doing, trustworthy and very professional.. My son's laptop needs some repair and we need it quick as he needs it in his online class during this pandemic time. We are from Prince Albert and 4 established computer repair shop here in our town already turned us down saying the laptop is beyond fixable and might as well buy a new one. I brought it to Nanotech Mobile Repair- Saskatoon and Have it looked at by Mr. Jamaal. I told him we are from out of town and the urgency of repair we need for the online class. He diagnosed the problem and right a way confidently said that he can fix it( what an instant relief me and my son felt right away). He was tied up fixing other stuff but was kind enough to consider squeezing us in despite the complexity of the job repair for us not to make another trip to Saskatoon for pick up. He fixed it on the spot and me and my son went home with with a laptop as good as new. Price was so reasonably cheap and he didn't take advantage of overpricing us despite the rush job and knowing that 4 established computer shop turned the job down. Best part, he even gave us 6 month warranty... -Rex and Lukas

Tried to do business with Nanotech today after getting my phone wet. The disinterested receptionist suggested they would need a couple of hours to clean and dry out the phone, when I arrived back at the store 2 hours later they had not even touched my phone. I prefer that businesses tell me the way things really are rather than what I want to hear and please, seem to care that someone comes to your store to do business with you.

Fixed a busted screen on an iPhone for us in one afternoon. Noticed a couple of days later that the new screen had a bit of a weird spot on it. Took it back to CPR and they swapped in a different screen within a couple of hours no questions asked. Great place to deal with!

I didn’t have any work done on my cell phone today. But my phone was completely smashed after accidentally slamming it in the car door. It had a number done to it, and I didn’t think anything could be done , because the frame was wrecked. But they said they could fix the screen so that I could still use it. But that I should check with my provider first to see what comes of that. They also said they weren’t sure if the WiFi could be fixed because of the damage. So I decided to get a new phone instead because I need WiFi. But I’m so appreciate that the woman I spoke with, looked at the damage, accessed it and then told me to go to my provider first. I wasn’t charged any sort of fee. You kind of have to appreciate business like that. I know this was long winded. But I just appreciate their time.

I have had many screens replaced and phones unlocked with the team at Nanotech. Service is always polite, friendly and quick. Prices are very reasonable. I also bought a used iphone that needed some post-purchase service, it was quick and convenient. Their hours are also really convenient.

I brought my phone in for a screen repair, signed no paperwork, and had no risks explained to me. While they were fixing my screen, they broke an irreplaceable button. I paid full price for the repair, left with the co-owner's contact information, and it was agreed that I would get a new phone. Four months have passed and I still have not received the phone and all dealings with the co-owner have been extremely unpleasant. For these reasons and for many others, I can not recommend this merchant.

I came in with my Iphone 7 Plus that I forgot in my pants and got washed in my washing machine. I met Jamal and I told him my phone might be water damaged; he checked it out for me and found that water was only in the backlight. He recommended I do nothing and that a screen replacement was costly and unnecessary. Instead of taking advantage of my ignorance and pushing me to pay for a screen replacement; he was honest and open and really wanted to save me money. A unique gem of local business in Saskatoon. I def recommend it; and the prices are fair 100%

BF broke his screen and they repaired it fairly quickly. Price was reasonable. The guy who works there is really great. I'd recommend trying to get in contact with him. Secretary is a joke though and should be fired - I have never seen someone so horrible with customers and actually doing her duties. For example, we didn't even get a call saying the phone was ready. We just decided to stop it and it was ready.

Best customer service I've ever received! My hard drive crashed and they were able to put a new one in for me in less than 24 hours (compared to other places that said it would take 2-3 weeks!!) Brought my phone in to have a charging port replaced. When I got it back they had absolutely destroyed the glass on the back of the phone. They told me it was the only way they could do the work. The finger print reader on the phone also came back broken. I was promised they would be able to get replacement glass in for the back of the phone in a week or two. It's now been several weeks. When I call, I'm always told they will need to get back to me, but never actually return my phone call. It's been an extremely frustrating process. My phone charges properly again, but the glass is still destroyed, and fingerprint reader still broken. I couldn't recommend this company any less. Take your business literally anywhere else.

They have a habit of quoting you a cheaper price but actually charging more once your phone is fixed. Fixed well but just shady business practice. Oh and he didn't even call to let me know the phone was done I had to call and ask about it and probably would have been without my phone for another day for no reason.

Came in on my day off for a charging port problem with my iphone 6. Lady was very nice and told me she could clean it out for me and should work. She did and it worked perfectly! took a few moments but they really took the time and are very honest. For all I know they could have charged me to change the whole port! amazing, will be back!

Excellent customer service. They put their customer's best interest before making a sale. I stopped by because my husband's phone wasn't charging properly. CPR cleaned out the lint in the charging port, and then showed how the port was broken and gave me a quote if I wanted it fixed. I felt very informed with what was wrong with the phone, and the options available to fix it. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision, which definitely means for all my phone repairs, I will be coming back to CPR!

Were very up front about the fact that they may not be able to fix my phone; they tried a lot of work to try to fix it and were very fair about the cost. They were not able to fix my phone in the end, but it looks like only Apple replacing the motherboard will fix it. I greatly appreciated their effots. CPR was honest, upfront and extremely reasonable and I would go to them again for my iphone repairs.

Super service! No appointment necessary. I dropped my IPhone 8 off for a battery and to replace or repair the lightning port. They asked me a few questions to ensure the battery change was needed. One hour later, it was done on time as promised and at the right price. They ended up just cleaning the port.

3 month wait time with no results! Took my phone for screen replacement and the whole process took about 3 month. I have been told that it would take 1 hour for the repair when I first called. After I got there it was next day. After that next week. 3 weeks later still no results. 1 month later, I got a screen, which is not properly working (freezes 2-3 times a day, need to take the battery out and put it back in) that is not even the same color as my phone. When I told them about the issue they didn't seemed to care about it. Now I am going to try to get my money back. Bottom line: I would not recommend Nanotech. Safe yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Thank you so much CPR. They are the most honest person in cp repairing. I bring my s8 and I thought that it's amoled display is broken. Jamal did the check up and try to reboot my phone. Luckily it works and they didn't charge me! Next time anything happen to my gadgets, I will bring them to CPR coz they will never charge you extra.

HUGE thank you to Jamal. I had some water damage in the charging port and this caused it not to charge. I brought it in, he explained everything he would do to fix it and said it would be at least two hours. He fixed the problem and replaced my screen protector that I've been meaning to replace for awhile now. Came in the store today I had broken the lense cover on my note 8. They were able to get it fixed right away as well as changing the lens on the camera since I had damaged that as well. When paying for the repairs my 3 year old had to go number 2. They allowed my boy to use their washroom. Great store and excellent service.

Took my phone to have a chip in screen repaired. When I got my phone back, it had very little call volume with the replacement screen. A few weeks after having it back, the replacement screen and glass cover cracked while my phone was in a pocket in my purse. Contacted them as to me, both these issues are result of a faulty product and installation. The person in store and subsequent emails with a manager resulted in them telling me I broke my phone and accessories aren't covered under the warranty. Warranty clearly states parts and service covered for 90 days. They then proceeded to tell me they could fix the damage I caused with a discount % off the full price. Not happy with customer service received in store or via email. Wouldn't recommend as they don't stand behind their warranty.

Had network problems with my Samsung S10+. Other stores weren't helpful and wanted to replace the main board for >$500. CPR helped troubleshoot the phone and confirm there were no physical problems with the antennas or other parts of the phone. Spent $100 to replace the battery and they fixed some settings so the phone worked better. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very pleased with their service!!

Didn't even get a chance to try out their service. The receptionist was literally rolling her eyes at a customer in front of me and was being extremely rude which gave me a bad vibe from the start. I was then told that my screen repair would take four hours because they had to "separate and peel the screen" from my phone (this was not because they were busy). I went to Comfort Mobile who said they could easily do it in one hour for basically the same price. Don't advertise that you can do screens in an hour when clearly you can't, and PLEASE get better customer service.

The staff that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. He worked on it immediately and it only took about 10 minutes to replace camera and camera lens. I also got a great phone case there. He even gave me unexpected discounts! In the end, he took about $65 off my total! I had such a wonderful experience there. I recommend this place to anyone and will be returning if ever I need to.

Ipad screen was replaced. Workmanship seems to be very good. No issues 1 month in. Case was supposed to have been ordered and installed and wasn't. But it had to do with shipping and everyone had problems with shipping in 2020. Overall experience very positive and painless.

Took my phone is for a diagnosis. The screen had went black but was still able to ring and make noise. They said they would take the phone apart and tell me if it could be fixed. Before I left them with the phone they mentioned how awesome the condition of the phone was. And it was mint. Thank you life proof. Got it back and they said I needed a new screen. Decided that same day to get a new phone instead. But well I was waiting I noticed there was a crack across my screen and chipped in the corner where in looked as tho they tried to open it up. Just because it’s not working doesn’t mean you can break it more and give it back and say nothing. Terrible display of professionalism and service.

I’ve been very happy with the service from this repair shop. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They have successfully assisted me three or four times. Recently, my iPod died. They spent considerable time on it and even sent it to Regina for assessment, but the cpu was dead. They returned it to me without a charge because it was unrepairable.
