This company is the best I have seen of there were more stars he would get them all. I will tell you I was skeptical at first but he stayed qith me for two hours and now my iPhone 6 and unlocked even owing a bill.i recommend of your phone is locked he can get it unlocked. Try it you will not regret it I swear. There are not enough good words to say. Again thank you so so much. One more thing it is way cheaper this way then to go get another phone and get stuck in a contract.. ????????????????????????????????????????????

Passing through the city and phone would not charge. Phoned these guys first because their location was quick and easy to get to. They replaced the charging port in about 10 minutes for a reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.

Brought my Macbook Pro in to get the fans cleaned, and check for hardware issues. Apple Support referred me to Jump.ca to fix the problem loudly running fans, and they wanted $80 just to look at it and diagnose the issue. I phoned almost every electronic place in the city and Comfort Mobile had the most reasonable price! Comfort Mobile was very professional, they kept in contact with me the whole time and kept me updated on what was going on with my computer. They were also very timely and had it fixed within the time frame we agreed upon. If you are looking for honest, quality service at a reasonable price I highly recommend Comfort Mobile. I will be doing business with them for all of my future electronic needs, and recommending to all my friends.

Techbox replaced my camera cover but didn't clean it properly and told me that they'll charge me extra for opening my iPhone 6 again becayse they were insisting that the camera has a problem! Went to comfort mobile and cleaned it properly and didn't put the blame on my camera! Now I can take real good photos! Thanks to them! Of course I did have to pay them but it was worth it because they got rid of the dirt. It was cheap. It was $35 I think but I asked if I can pay $15 instead because I just spent money for replacing my camera cover at techbox! I highly recommend them! If I wasn't broke I'd give each of them a tip!

They don't even deserve one star in my opinion. They seem nice and everything but they screwed up my phone more than it already was and all that was wrong was a cracked screen. I was in there trying to get my screen fixed and they couldnt get the screen to work because they were using the wrong screen for the phone. I have an iPhone SE and they were trying to use a iPhone 5 screen. They gave up and after I left, I noticed that my touch ID did not work and I could not get it to and I tried a few different things. Then I also noticed that my phone said it was charging but it remains at 1% and keeps shutting off and I am now unable to use it altogether. So I have to spend even more money to get what they wrecked, fixed. And I have my work order receipt on hand so there is no way they can say I was not a customer there.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. My iPhone was working perfectly fine before I took it to have the screen fixed. After getting it back the touch screen was all messed up and the phone was overheating. I took my phone back and informed them of the problem they created and all he said was it was fine and that was the end of it. My phone is now impossible to type on and it practically burns my hand to hold my phone. So thanks Comfort Mobile for the terrible customer service and ruining my phone!

My iPhone charging port was broken and screen has a crack in the bottom so I asked them to fix both for me. Turns out they put some crappy 3rd party charging port into my phone which can only be charged by a 3rd party cord and not my REAL apple cord and then the screen has a weird yellow tint . They told me I had to pay for more if I wanted real apple parts, I didn’t bring my phone in there to be charged for 3rd party parts !! Worse place to go too ! Made me pay for their “service” even tho in the end nothing on my phone is fixed .

We break a lot of stuff, and we've seen a few places to have our iPads and iPhones fixed. Comfort Mobile definitely was the best, and when the next display hits the floor, we'll be back. Super fast service right up to closing time, perfect quality, and a far better price than their competitors. Where other stores have you come in to pay a deposit so they order an iPhone 6s plus display, they completed the job in less than an hour after it broke! Kudos!

Went in on a Sunday to fix my screen on my S7. They didn't have a silver screen but they said they'd get 1 on Tuesday. They also said they'd phone me Tues which they didn't. They did phone me Wed afternoon to say my screen was fixed. Went to get it after work. It was done but with a gold screen. Not a huge deal but I "might" have been able to go somewhere else Sunday and get that silver screen sooner. Otherwise, I'm mainly happy that it's fixed and has a warranty.

Tried 3 different websites to unlock S7 edge (Koodo) cost between $20-$35 and none of them weren't working. Got refunded from them and of course wasted my time. So I didn't know they have it in Saskatoon and pretty good price, So I tried this store, I only paid $22 dollars on their website to unlock my phone. It's very fast and trustworthy. Also, the staff is very nice and chill.

I don't why they deserve to run their business. My nephew came in to get his iphone screen repaired. But a few days later the screens touch was not being responsive, had pinkish yellow tint, and sometimes glitches out. So my nephew and I went back to them to see if they can help but was told to pay more for an original apple part. So we left and took it to a business at confederation and they were willing to fix our screen. We were told that they did not installed the phone right and most of the screws are missing and misplaced. The screen was not a good. So the guys at the mall gave us screen protectors after paying for the new screen. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOW LIFE SCUMS.

My name is Daniel, last week (Monday) I had taken my computer to Comfort Mobile with a broken screen; a problem that a few prior calls to several computer repair businesses could not address - neither in a timely manner, nor with satisfactory rates. Comfort Mobile, however, did give me an exact quote which was far less expensive than the previous people I had spoken to with a turn over time that was quite agreeable (1 day.) Where others seemed like fumbling drones, unable to answer me with satisfactory explanations of why it cost so much and why it was going to take so long, (Noman) at Comfort Mobile was very direct and very affordable without unnecessary fees and hidden costs. I took my Computer in Monday at 3:00 pm and I was called the next day at Lunch with the problem repaired. My experience at Comfort Mobile was very positive. I am very impressed with the price and even more impressed with just how fast they repaired my laptop. The service was friendly and very professional. I will definitely be using their services again. Comfort Mobile is definitely worth a 5 star rating. I highly recommend using them.

TL;DR Brought my computer to this place 3 times. They never fixed my computer and they stole my CPU, Heat-sync, and motherboard just because we wanted a refund. DON'T GO HERE! By far the worst store I have ever went to for anything computer related. I brought my computer there they said it'd be only 150 dollars to fix it. I get it back and it blue screened as soon as I turned it on, then it wouldnt let me download anything. I brought it back for them to look at it again, week later they let me know its ready. Still have the exact same problems. Brought it in a 3rd time, they said nothing was wrong with it and were then blaming me. In the midst of this, they said they'd only fix my computer if I removed my bad review.... These people have no clue what they're doing. They took my motherboard, heat-sync, and CPU because we said we wanted a refund. Worst place ever to go. My computer is still broken and they did nothing to fix it. I would recommend you don't come here. The person at the front desk, and their technician were all willing to swear at me when I told them I wasnt happy with what they've done to my computer. The overall experience with this place was beyond god awful. They have terrible customer service, and they really have no clue on what they're doing. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Based on reviews, we called Comfort Mobile when our computer was slowing down and having issues. Waqar came the same day, had a look and we discussed what needed to be done. Our system needed to be sped up by installing a new SSD drive and needed to be rebuilt by backing everything up and wiping the old drive clean. After bringing the PC back, we worked at revamping and re-installing over the next couple of days. He accessed our computer remotely and helped a great deal. Our system is working very well now. It is nice to know that Waqar is easily reached anytime for help in the future. Highly recommend Comfort Mobile.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience with these guys. I went in to repair my Galaxy S7s cracked screen. The repair was done within the day and the phone worked perfectly. After two months is when the troubles started to happen. The display started to "decay", certain areas became completely black/purple. This typically happens when a phone is dropped and the display is damaged, but I had not dropped the phone since I cracked the display. I went in to the store to see if they could help me out with another repair, but they were only willing to do the repair for the same price ($250). Now I am left with no phone, and I am out $250 which I spent on the repair :(.

Conflicting customer service. My first time here I had excellent friendly service I even came back for a small problem and it was taken care of with no problems. Second time was a different employee and the service was just the opposite. Unfriendly and a waste of time. Because of this employee I will not be coming back nor recommending.

I was so happy with the service I received from Comfort Mobile. Our MacBook crashed and it needed a new hard drive. The staff stayed in communication with us the whole time they were diagnosing and repairing the laptop and they even went above and beyond to find a way to restore all the data from the old hard drive. This was so important as it is used for university. On top of that it was repaired in less than 2 days at a very reasonable price! Plus it is open extended hours which is a huge bonus! Highly recommend this service!

Had a broken screen replaced on an iPhone and was satisfied at first with the price, speed and costumer service. However I didn't realize it at the time but my vibration was no longer working. When I returned to talk to them about it they were a little less helpful. At first he claimed the vibe motor was part of the casing and can't be changed out(not true). Eventually he agreed to take my number and call me "next week when parts come in" I was unclear if they expected to be paid for fixing this(it worked when I brought it in) I never heard back from them and a week or so later my fingerprint scanner stopped working I decided I probably couldn't do worse than they had so I ordered a new vibe motor and swapped it out myself. Turns out the had bent the clip that holds the ear speaker/ front camera so that it was holding the vibrator in place. I also noticed they had lost or discarded the retaining clip for the thumb scanner/home button connection so I had to improvise an alternative and now the thumb scanner works perfectly! In short thanks for nothing comfort mobile. And don't worry about my $100, cheap lesson learned.

Good to deal with professional but communication could've been better. Took our computer in to get fixed...we had to keep checking they did not let us know what was happening. They promised they were going to call which they never did. Eleven days later they called and said they weren't able to repair it.

I had AMAZING service with comfort mobile! My LCD screen on my laptop was broken and I am writing a major exam and need my laptop to study. They allowed me to keep my laptop until the part came in which was only 2 days! Also, prior to choosing comfort mobile I called around 8 different places, and comfort mobile was the only service that took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me. Great service, quick and very reliable! Would recommend it to anyone with phone or computer problems!
