This shop just got a new owner who has made it much better than what it was before. Now it has a good variety of phone cases and accessories. Owner is friendly and the customer service is great. Products are also priced very reasonably.

Chatters Den is highly recommended. Their pricing is cheaper then most repair shops. The guys are efficient, professional, helpful and understanding. I cracked my iPhone screen and they were able to fix it no problem, and they had it done within an hour.

Awful experience... I had recently cracked my Galaxy S7 rear camera which the owner did agree to replace for 45$ within an hour. I was originally gonna do it myself but chose this place out of convenience. I came back a bit after an hour to only find the store closed on a TUESDAY AFTERNOON which was when it was supposed to be OPEN. I came back the NEXT day which proved to be highly annoying to find the camera lens replaced which took even more blurry and distorted photos than when it was damaged, I highly recommend everyone not to rely on this place for phone repairs.

I was recommended to this place when another shop couldn't fix my laptop. The first thing I noticed was the excellent customer service, they were very polite and clearly knowledgeable on different electronics. Once I left my laptop there, they were able to give me updates and let me know as soon as it was ready. My laptop was returned to me good as new and the repair was a fraction of the cost. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends, easily the best electronics repair shop in town.

An altogether wonderful shop that I will continue to patronize. I brought a phone in to have some antenna contacts re-soldered. Instead of quoting me a price, the gentleman at the counter asked if I would sit and wait for just a short while. He returned 10 minutes later with the repair completed; when I asked what I owed him, he smiled and said "No charge". The repair quality was excellent and is holding up to this day.

Highly recommend this place! My iPhone was turning on but you couldn’t see anything but a dark blue screen. I went to a couple places that told me it was done. I decided to try one more and the technician at Chatters’ Den was incredible!!! He fixed it in less than two hours and charged me a very reasonable fee for his service. My phone looks brand new. I don’t even remember it looking this good. Thank you so much!!

I was looking for a universal laptop charger for a good price and I found it here! I first went to Best Buy but their prices were ridiculous. Really great customer service and excellent prices. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great deal. I also came in to get my expensive gaming headset repaired and it was a 10 minute fix for $10! I love this place!

Highly recommend this shop and their amazing staff! I took my old digital camera in to get fixed (after searching all over the city for a place that would even look at it). Even though they don't specialise in camera repair, they still offered to take a look at it. Not only that, they fixed it and didn't charge me. Their repair guy took time away from what he was doing right then and there to take a look. I am so grateful they did because they've made a little boy who's inherited this camera incredibly grateful! Will be going back to buy my next iPhone from them too!

Very good service. I took in my desktop hard drive and apparently my video card came loose and evem though i tried everything myself, I still couldn't figure it out. I had no video output...they fixed this and had it running in 3 hours...very thankful. Good job fellas. I recommend you. Compared to other places I phoned and got a 75$ quote...I only had to pay 55$ once again well done and much appreciated.

I brought my LGV30 in to have my aux jack replaced. Was given a loaner phone and told 1-2 days. Ok. I go to pick it up and get one step out of the store and my screen starts flashing white and wasnt functional. I walked back in and was accused of breaking the phone in the 5 seconds i was outside. The screen needed to be replaced(not cracked, just flashing white and non functional), as they had messed it up changing the aux jack. Another loaner phone and 3 days later. They call and tell me it will be $70 for repairing my screen on top of what i paid for the aux. I refused to pay for the damage they caused to my property and they reluctantly agreed. When i picked up my phone, the fingerprint sensor is permanently disabled, the battery was never able to achieve "fast charging" again using the same cord i have always used and now takes up to 8 hours to fully charge when it used to take about 2. Would not recommend this company as they will try and gouge you for their mistakes. Never been gaslighted by a cell phone repair place before lol

Took in my note 9, all smashed up every corner of the screen, including back, LCD barely worked, flickered bright green when the brightness turned up, speakers and mic's full of epoxy dust, couldnt hear a thing. These fellas fixed it up good like in holding a brand new phone, with a decent price and excellent service and repair time, they gave me a new case for free! Then took it back and got them to put a screen protector on, gave me another great price and installed it fast. Definitely recommend these fellas and will return in the future.

Phone got run over by a vehicle had to get some things fixed, replaced LCD and screen to start, the backlight went out and when I recieved my phone it wouldn’t work, so I asked them to fix the backlight as well, they did it on the spot. Very quick. When I had received my phone back the backlight was fixed but my wifi would not turn on and my Touch ID fingerprint scanner did not work (it had worked after it got run over but before bringing it in) but they reassured me they would fix both problems for free the next day.

I thought I would be able to transfer all the data from my old phone to the new one but could not, so I took it to Chatters Den. Of course it was easy for them. The service was quick and the price was fair. I had to return a week later for some additional help and there was no charge. What I especially like is they did not try to up sell me to a different phone or phone plan as has happened to me at another place and I felt respected as a customer. Thank you, Hafiz!

I had the factory battery replaced in my s9. The battery that they replaced it with doesn't even hold a charge as long as the 3 year old battery that was replaced. Not impressed at all. The customer service and craftsmanship was great but it was a total waste of money.

I took my Samsung galaxy s7 there today to get the camera lens and phone backing replaced. I supplied the parts and was told it would take an hour. I returned an hour later and my camera lens was not sitting in the frame properly and it was cracked, as well as my home button was scratched and cracked in several spots. When I asked why my home button was scratched and cracked he said that "he didn't touch the front of the phone, only the back". He continued to argue that it was not his fault instead of admitting to wrecking my home button. Would not recommend this place to anyone, terrible service.
