I would absolutely recommend Harshad to any friends and family needing repairs on their Mac!!! A little backstory, after my Macbook crashed, I dropped it off at one of the few 'Authroized Apple repairs' in the city.... only to spend more than week waiting to hear a diagnoses on the problem.. After much frustration, I picked it up and grabbed my phone and began calling around to find another Apple repair shop. A quick google search brought me to Harshad at SaskMac. He offered to take a look at my Macbook after I was off work in the evening (the very same day). I dropped it off and within an hour I had a free quote to fix my computer and was told I can come pick it up the next day. I will NEVER even think about bringing my Apple products anywhere. He even cleaned my screen and keyboard out! I do not write reviews normally, but cannot say enough good things about Harshad and SaskMac. You will not be disappointed!

I took my MacBook Pro to SaskMac after a system update to Big Sur put my computer in an endless boot loop and I was faced with losing all my files. Before taking my computer here, two Apple certified repair shops could not restore my data and said it could not be done. I opened my laptop the other day to the dreaded "blinking file folder". After attempting my own trouble shooting and getting my tech brother who lives on the other side of the country to walk me through a few other things over the phone, we decided it needed to be looked at by a professional. I looked up mac repair services for Saskatoon and SaskMac came up with excellent reviews so I decided to give them a chance. The reviews are not wrong! I'm pretty sure Mr. Ghandi is the Mac Whisperer. He was able to fix the problem and keep all my files in tact for a very reasonable price. I am very, very happy with the quick service and end result. SaskMac will be the first place I call next time there's an issue.

Over the past 12-18 months I spent countless hours on the phone with Apple tech support trying to solve the issues that were causing our 2013 iMac's sluggish performance. I went so far as to do a clean OS install on two separate occasions and the Apple support staff were dumbfounded that it was still operating poorly. Finally it became intolerable so I booked an appointment with Harshad and took it in. When I told him that it took about two minutes to launch Word he immediately diagnosed a failing hard drive and recommended replacing it with a new SSD. Done deal since that was already my suspicion. The computer was ready in two days as promised and runs like a rocket now, actually better than new! Sask Mac is now my go-to resource for all Mac repair or other electronics issues. Thanks Harshad!

I took my Macbook to Horizon to get the screen repaired. I paid the diagnostic fee, and they told me there was nothing they could do. I took the Macbook to SaskMac for a second option, and the guy there fixed it before my eyes. The monitor connection wasn't seated correctly, it took him 5 minutes to fix the problem, now the macbook works perfectly. I will be going back to SaskMac for any repairs in the future. Save your money, don't go to Horizon!

I've used his services and expertise multiple times because a) frankly there isn't a lot of Mac support around Saskatoon and b) he's always dealt very fairly with me. Where do I begin... How about a Sunday night when my computer died unexpectedly. I called and was able to get in that evening! Even though my computer was ultimately beyond repair, Mr. Gandhi was incredibly professional through the whole experience. Bring your laptop here instead of stores like Best Buy etc. where they will charge you for a diagnosis. I took my macbook here after best buy charged me $150 to find out whats wrong with it, and then tried to tell me it was over $900 to fix the problem (a bottle of lotion exploded in the bag it was in and it wouldn't turn on). Went to SaskMac repairs and they literally just plugged it in right in front of me and it turned back on. Great service and super honest. 10/10 would recommend!

Harshad saved me a ton of money. He repaired my Mac book air after I spilled tea on the table and it ran under the computer. The keyboard and track pad didn’t work anymore and the authorized Apple repair in Saskatoon quoted me $700 for a new logic board and another $150 for a battery so... Definitely not worth fixing right? Turns out the battery was fine. The logic board was repaired not replaced but the keyboard needed replacing. The work was done super fast and it comes with a 90 day warranty. Harshad is kind and professional and I recommend him to everyone I know.

Go here if you'd like professional service for your MacBook provided in a timely manner. Even though I had the warranty at Best Buy they told me the estimated cost of repairs can be as high as $900. I was confused and was acting irrationally when I went to SaskMac but his approach was very calm and completely honest. He gave me a rough estimate of the repair which was less than half the price I was quoted at BestBuy. He remained true to his words and delivered my MacBook in time. Although he quoted an estimate of $350-450, he only charged me $390. I'm relieved that I took the right decision. Thank you Mr. Gandhi !!!!

I found SaskMac online and thought they were almost too good to be true. I have used their services several times. You pay NOTHING until the issue is diagnosed. I found out they not only provide excellent customer service, and have extensive knowledge, they are also the best price in town! I had a keyboard replaced on a MacBook air and I did price comparisons. I was quoted hundreds of dollars more than what I paid, and it was done within one day, delivered to my door! Looks and works like the original! I was always kept up to date on the repair process and they were available on short notice, 7 days a week (it was fixed on a Sunday)! I would strongly recommend SaskMac and their friendly service!

9 year old iMac needed a new hard drive and power supply. SaskMac owner was so kind and friendly over the phone, and explained everything so easily understood and my worries melted away. I had to drive in to Saskatoon 1.5 hours, so he fixed my computer while I waited in town, then called me when it was ready to pick up. Everything perfect, and iMac is working better than ever. Very very happy I found SaskMac and trust him for anything with my computer.
