Je comprends que la garantie de 1 ans était passée depuis 1 mois et quelques jours. J'ai donc accepté d'assumer les frais. Lors de la récupération de l'ordinateur, j'ai décidé de tester. Le disque n'était pas reconnu. Quand j'ai affirmé à celui qui semble être le propriétaire, que ce problème était présent depuis l'achat, il m'a clairement répondu que ses techniciens ne laissent pas partir de la compagnie des ordinateurs défectueux. Cela laisse donc un autre choix: le client a tord et il a endommagé le matériel. Je suis responsable du soutien informatique et service à la clientèle pour une boite de COM et je suis technicien en info (cégep). Je comprends qu'un client qui ne connait rien et qui est frustré cherche une cause à l'incompréhensible, accusant à tord le fournisseur. Mais là, on me dit que l'ordi a été endommagé depuis l'achat et que les frais rajoutés d'installation du système d'exploitation sont causés par le fait qu'ils ont changé le clavier.... . Il m'a été proposé de couper les frais de la facture et qu'on me contacterait quand l'ordi serait prêt. Je n'ai pas eut d'appel depuis plus de 6 semaines. Suite à ma note de 1, j'ai reçu un appel du monsieur le jour même. Je lui ai dit que mon commentaire suivrait. Il a essayé de m'en dissuader et m'a accusé de mettre de la pression. J'ai raccroché. De la pression pour quoi? Dans quel état vais-je retrouver mon ordi après avoir payé combien d'autres $$$? Pour moi Ordimedia, c'est terminé.
