Sandy and Nicolas were super helpful, I did not see really high end computer stuff, but I'm sure they'll have whatever you want if you ask nicely and they'll help. Computer stuff can be tricky and I bet a lot of old folks who aren't computer literate can be hard to deal with but I see they're patient and I respect that.

Dealt with sandy, nick and other staff for years. Have had computers built, bought new and refurbished lap tops, software extensions. Sandy does everything he can to provide the best customer experience possible. I have recommended him to my friends and even the union I belong to and other companies. Mom needed a computer a few years ago. They helped choose one as well as essential security software that works better than some others. When the computer needed service due to a manufacturer issue, it didn't take too long. The computer still works better than a newer computer another family member bought elsewhere that didn't have enough memory. They also have some refurbished computer equipment available.

Horrible experience. Left my computer for a week and they never got to it, even though they said 2 days initially, then mentioned they had "important work come up". I went in to the shop, called to see if it was ready each day after the two days. He never ended up looking at it so I had to go elsewhere. Don't waste your time!

The owner is a very friendly guy, and he knows what he's talking about. However, he seems to be very, very lazy. I have practically handed him free money 4 times now, asking him to put in an order for something I was simply far too lazy to find on Amazon or Newegg, and he never got back to me.

A quick and easy to understand computer sales and repair shop. No pressure sales, and knowledgeable advice. I brought in a laptop for repair, and they were quick to give me an estimate, but also to suggest a much cheaper work around. I appreciated that they have me options I hadn't considered, even though it was much less money for them.

Great experience.. I delt with Sandy and he was great at what he does.. he made me a custom computer with an amazing MSI Radon 8gb twin cooling fan video card..16gb RAM and a solid state harddrive to keep it running so fast no amount of Editing RAW photo will slow it down.. it also great for gaming if thats your thing. You should definitely check them out if in need of QUALITY computer and or parts.

Very unprofessional, over-priced, and horrible customer service. I recommended a friend to CTP Computers and ended up regretting that decision. They were looking to upgrade to a Windows 10 PC and found one they liked. They didn't have any of the one they wanted in stock but they offered to give the display model. Wary at first my friend decided to go with it. They had a sign that said "Free data backup with purchase of a computer" so my friend thought their data would be backed up for "free". Skipping ahead to when they came back to pick up the tower after the data backup they learned it was not included and only "new" computers got that deal. Annoyed they paid for the data backup. Then we went back and got it all setup to find not only did the PC have a pretty nasty virus but NOTHING was backed up. So we called, and called and a day later finally got someone on the phone and explained the situation. Not only did they make excuses but tried to claim we just didn't look in the right place for the data. We also learned they formatted the old hard drive (didn't give it back) and didn't destroy it. No offer of a refund for the lost data at all. This is has to be the worse service I have ever experienced. I will never recommend these guys ever again. I would give - stars if I could!

Been dealing with Sandy and Nicholas for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Never talked down to, always given the refurbished vs new pros and cons. No high pressure sales, although they do high ticket items if that's your bag. Just 2 genuinely nice guys who know their stuff and take the time to talk to you.

Charged me $22 dollars for a "rush" that did not happen. At 12:30 I stressed that it was imperative that I get my computer back by 4:30 PM or to call me. No such luck! They had closed early at 5:45PM. The following morning I was told that they could not answer the phone because they were so busy. I hate it when someone I pay lies to me and I paid for a "rush" that did not happen. To fix my problem it would cost me more and then even more to back up my files. Then no guarantee that it would be fixed. I went to Computer Guy around the corner and he fixed it all with no fuss no muss. Even took the time to instruct me on a couple of separate issues at no charge.

Been a customer for over a decade. Bought several gaming rigs from them. I have always been extremely satisfied. One time they even upgraded my purchase for free because of a supply issue. They also sell some decent refurbished items for those on a budget. Bought one refurbished tower to use as our home entertainment unit. It lasted us 7+ years.

He works for the pawnshops. I now do NOT feel safe buying from sandy now that i know that some of the parts could be potentially stolen and ripped from some poor kids computer. He knows what he is doing. He is not unaware that the large majority of those computers are stolen. It hurts to know somebody that i once trusted deals with such degenerate people. I know that others might not care but i do. I care where my parts come from.

This place is fly by night would rather sell you junk as I am not sure they really have the knowledge to do repairs, dropped laptop off with a broken hinge, 5 days later I picked it up as not only was it not repaired the reply I got was oh the hinge is broken and it could cost you substantially. Ah that's nice bud I'll just take my laptop back and you can continue to do shady business. Have a nice day NOT. I would give you 0 stars.

Overpriced Junk !! there "New" computers are for the most part just refurbished old parts being sold as new !! which potentially against the law !! and they argue with customers about services they performed incorrectly or didn't all and fight with them about giving refund and standing by there work !!
