I had the most amazing experience here with Cassandra she went above and beyond with fixing my phone! Yesterday, August 9, I brought my friend to the klinik to buy a phone. Having been frail due to illness, my friend was unsure of the choices and technology of cell phones. Colin , our service provider, spent two hours helping and teaching her how to use the cell phone. He went beyond his call of duty.Thank you Colin and Nick for your patience and professionalism. So I cracked the screen of my iPhone XS Max, I sent it in to get the GLASS ONLY replaced of the screen. They said the touch sensors of the screen were bad too, but they weren’t bad. They also said they can’t just replace the glass part of the screen, “and you can do that” and said they needed to replace the whole screen and costed me 436$, the phone screen still crunched into place when I got it and the phones touch is worse than what it was and last but not least, they didn’t reprogram the screen correctly so turtone doesn’t work either. This was the most unprofessional job done on my phone I have ever seen.

They said they would buy my S7 edge at first for a firm price which we both agreed upon but the refund machine was down and took a month for them to fix it. However after a month or so , I went and spoke to the store manager CASANDRA, firstly she has zero knowledge on how their own system works. She started giving all the false stories and ended up telling that they don't buy S7 edges anymore. Like seriously, before going to the store I talked to her on the phone and discussed about my s7 edge , she said to drop by their store & they would get everything sorted out . To add more frustration to this experience , she said " to try visiting them again after couple of weeks" . I don't think I would ever want to deal with such people who doesn't have a vision for a quick solution. They like to keep you hanging until you forget about it or just keep you waiting . It was really a bad experience talking to the store manager . She needs some more training. Also, the reviews here are done by their own employees lol

The loud speaker stopped working on my phone so I took it to Mobile Klinik to get it fixed. They replaced it, and told me to come back if I had any issues. 2 months later the speaker crapped out again. They took another look at the phone and determined it was one of the circuit boards, not the speaker. Since they couldn't fix the problem they refunded the $90 I had previously paid to have the speaker replaced and helped me find a new phone. I was very happy with the service.

I had my iphone 6s plus headphone jack not working and took it to the clinic. An employee was working (Rogan or Rowan), who said it will take $75 to get this jack board replaced when blowing with air did not work. I agreed and after an hour of Work he said that he has cleaned the internal parts of the phone and there was a chunk of melted adhesive that caused interruption in connection and removed it. Did not charge me at all and asked for a simple review here. Excellent employee, as expert as humble. The headphone jack is working absolutely fine. Highly recommend.

While I was visiting Saint John, I dropped my phone and broke the front screen and back glass of my brand new phone. Cassandra the manager was very helpful and had the parts on hand. The people who work here are extremely polite towards their customers, but I've been there twice to get my phone fixed and both times it's been fixed my phone will now freeze when I'm trying to scroll through any application I'm on which it never done before.

I was very impressed by the service I received - the volume button of my smartphone broke, and was interfering with other functions. They carefully worked on it for several hours & didn't charge me ! although they couldn't fix it completely - they fixed it enough that I could transfer data to a new phone.
