The only reason this is not 1 star is the driver was fantastic and it is good product. It took way longer then an hour to get my purchase. I understand delays etc but if there will be delays beyond the 1hr promise let the customer know. I left two voicemails and sent a message and didn't hear anything. The product us good and driver was awesome so they will get another chance. Happy smoking

This place is great and has a lot to offer at a decent price . BUT as far as customer service goes .. very bad. It’s the same woman everytime i go in and she seems so unmotivated to tell me about any product. And very rudely explaining “obviously the better stuff is more money” . If they hire new staff who actually enjoy their job this place would be great

Been going a long time, most everything is good, but one staff member is always giving the smallest possible counts. It's so inconsistent and you never get your full value when he works. His service is also the most unfriendly, like you're ruining his day asking him to do his job!

Awesome spot to get what you need. Prices are 100X better than the "official" places of business. Variety is great and the staff is helpful. Lots of information on the types of product you want provided in books and whatnot. All around, a great business.

This place has amazing pink kush the $160 bags that have 14 grams in the bag it's definitely premium exotic bud just like it says but definitely a little pricey for 14 grams but that's what happens when you want the best ???? I'd have to say this is one of the best places in SJ for flower.

Would recommend people to try Green Union. They have great employees, orders are always packaged right, and great deals! I find giggles never has polite employees, and always messed my delivery orders. Glad to hear I am not the only one with scammed deliveries..
