I am extremely disappointed in their service. I purchased a computer from them that cost me about 1000.00. After a year I started to have problems with HD. Since my guarantee was over of only 1 week. I still had to pay. Now today the HD is fried and am told am out of luck. No rebate what's so ever but addition of amounts to repair. So another 600.00 to get this computer going again. 90.00 to install Windows 10. Another 50 for something else I can't remember. 115. For ssd 200. For another HD. Almost 2000.00 in not 2 years for repairs and purchased. I called them thick and I was told to get out of the store. Yes you guys are thick to ridiculously over charge clients. It's ridiculous and I would not recommend this place to have a computer build from scratch. For logistics you can't go wrong they are helpful but be ready to pay the price.
