????????????????????my daughter brought my computer to have it fixed. She was charged an exorbitant sum - $750+ to have it reformatted, install MC Office and do a backup and change the IP address !!!. The Operating System installed by King Ink Jet is an old one, so old I can't even download current applications, and the MC Office application is 2011, not 2016. The computer is a mess and will need to be properly repaired. The owner told me to bring back the computer so he can fix it, NO WAY they have done enough harm. My daughter was scammed, don't let this happen to you.

Thiefs!! Thiefs!! Thiefs!! They sell defective products and don't reimburse your money! Brought the defective ink cartridge with my personal printer and my bill back to the store just to prove my case.
