The owner and Staff at FutureTech are very helpful and knowledgable. The selection of hardware from phones to Full systems is great. They will source whatever you are looking for. Prices are very fair, however please keep in mind that Furture Tech will stand behind their products and in my opinion that is always worth paying a few extra dollars for if needed.

You sold my neighbour an Egalstar Pro 53-6165-1 Antenna and she only gets 4 stations in Toronto and no Hamilton stations. I don't like it when u rip people off. He refuses to refund my neighbour the money for the antenna so u know he is ripping people off.

I had my PC stuck in a boot loop while resetting and due to inactivity, my PC crashed with the number of updates, all while my operating system failed & unfortunately busted my SSD in the process. I purchased a new upgraded version than my current & Jason installed it all in one day y. Cheap, reliable, quality service. I will be going back here if my desktop decides to flop on me.

I knew the owner since his time at wintronics and never had a problem so I started doing business at his new location. I used some web based program to clone a hard drive and it worked as far as cloning the drive to the new one. Unfortunately it wouldnt boot so I took it in and they performed their magic and I didnt lose any of my personal files, and folders or programs thank god or the wife would of kicked my butt! Great job guys thank you for saving me from a beat down lol

Horrible customer service. Supplies fake iPhone OEM batteries, went through more than 10 batteries with them that they keep "warrantying" and giving me for free because they all burn out after 3 days. Broke my iPhone home button on my brand new iPhone 7 and wants to play a blame game with me, even tried to say "you left the store, damage is not on us" as soon as I walked back in after charging my phone they gave back to me DEAD. no time for that silly game. went to jump plus, an authorized apple retailer and got fixed up no hassle. STOP SELLING FAKE BATTERIES AND HIRE REAL PHONE TECHS, NOT UNEXPERIENCED TAXI DRIVERS WHO DONT KNOW ANYTHING.

This is the same guy who briefly managed wintronics. There is nothing futuristic or techy about this shop. He employs people who lack the knowledge and common sense, who just flat out does not belong behind a tech bench. Attitude reflects leadership and he is running the shop. Go to DF computers on Welland Ave. and ask for Allan coz he is the best in the business.
