Rate as 0 Felt like a number, had to spell out our name and address for each request for service. Not personable. Many service requests were ignored. Had to continually beg for service. Condescending. Many issues with our computers were not resolved and the blame was always on us and not their incompetence. Forced to pay an extra month when we requested to stop doing business. They are only open 9 to 5 weekdays. Not open evenings or weekends unless you pay extra! Not recommended!!

The law firm that I work for (TLR Law) uses AvenirIT's services. They recently migrated our email over to Outlook. I found an issue that occurred after the migration process, so I first emailed Bobby asking for his assistance. He very promptly got back to me and I had him on the phone shortly after. Bobby listened to my explanation of the issue, asked questions for clarification, and once he remoted in to my computer, he was fairly quickly able to determine the best course of action in order to remedy the issue I had found. As far as I'm concerned, I would define this as excellent customer service!
