Michael A. and Mike Z. completed the audit, and provided a well mapped out remediation plan that included short-term and long term solutions, along with itemized costing that could be implemented in manageable stages. It's now 2017, and we're almost there. In these past 3 1/2 years our IT has moved from a completely reactive state to one that is proactive, and throughout has been conducted with the utmost professionalism and personal attention to our corporate needs. We have been very satisfied with the 365 service model which includes a speedy response & personal touch. Staff computer interaction is improved and downtime has decreased. The alternate email was quickly implemented on one occasion last year. The server backup provides extra insurance and peace of mind. I personally recommend you consider this company as a very serious contender for an IT provider.
