I admit that I may be a tad technologically illiterate at times but I usually reach out to my sister who is pretty good when it comes to technology. Recently, in the span of just a couple months, I had a issues with both my computer (Mac) and laptop (PC/Windows) that my sister wasn’t able to figure out for me. A friend told me to give TechFriendly a try. I was surprised that not only did he figure out the issues that my tech savvy sister couldn’t, he also had it fixed that same day, both times! And something that I appreciated most of all was that he took the time to explain to me what the problems were and helped me understand why it happened so that I might be able to navigate through it if the issues ever arose again. He was professional, quick to find a solution (so it didn’t cost me a fortune lol), and helpful!
