Absolutely terrible service. Needed a cracked screen replaced and was told a few days. Now almost in a month in and everytime I call there's some nonsense excuse for them not having it done. I was told: They can't get the parts because it's "rare" That they did fix it and then dropped it They fixed it but now it won't charge And more... Who knows if my phone is even going to work one I finally get it back. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else over this place.

Brought in tablet. They replaced android version with their own and said that was it. No charge but problem occurred with hours of taking it home. They never actually tested it or looked at the other problem (not recognizing sd card). Now need to take it back and get quote on repair types and costs.

This company is great. They just repaired my wife's phone that was not turning on at no charge honoring their one year warranty for the screen they replaced more than 6 month ago. They even replaced the battery free of charge. Their initial price may be slightly higher than other competitors, but it is worth it because of their warranty and use of original components. Highly recommended.

I want to really thank Paul for helping me out with my son’s phone. He had a smashed screen (surprise surprise) and another issue was brought to my attention that I had no idea could even exist. The battery was swollen from excessive usage and never ending charging (again surprise). Paul not only fixed the screen but showed me my son’s battery compared to what a normal battery should look like. He didn’t try to push the replacement but because there is a discount for a new installed battery due to him being inside the phone already, I truly appreciated the suggestion and went ahead with it. It was super fast and looks great. Thanks for the great customer service and awesome repair.

Our experience with this company has been beyond disappointment! In April of 2019, I had to quickly get my daughter's cracked cell phone screen replaced due to the fact that it was her business phone. I went to Mobile Klinik and was told that this was no problem to fix at a cost of approximately 400 dollars. YIKES. Some of this cost was for an otter box and screen protectors so as not to have any more issues. Because of the urgency, we didn't check around. My daughter was from out of town and has had numerous issues with her iPhone ever since, including gps problems, photo id problems and screen flashing from time to time. The screen went completely blank on Dec 23, 2019. We had to wait until after Christmas to go into the Apple Store in WEM. We were told, no problem this could be fixed and probably just needed a new screen, which would be covered under warranty. Upon our return to pick up phone, we were told that because this was a third party screen, which voided the warranty, and we would have to pay an additional 365 dollars to fix. The diagnostic done by Apple revealed that this was a refurbished screen, not an actual IPHONE screen. The following is a copy of the diagnostic: Issue: Third party display and damaged Face ID sensor. Steps to Reproduce: Verified issue in store with visual mechanical inspection Cosmetic Condition: Third party display Damaged Face ID sensor No display adhesive We told Apple to go ahead and replace and we would pay for the cost. Luckily Apple gave my daughter a new phone with Apple Care included because it was so severely damaged inside by Mobile Klinik. We contacted Mobile Klinik to get our money back and were told that we would have to bring in the Iphone for them to inspect and replace screen if they determined it was their issue. I was not willing to let them touch the phone due to the previous damage done and we simply wanted our money refunded. We contacted the store asking for the owner/manager to contact us and to date he has not. We were never told that this was a third party screen by Mobile Klinik and I am extremely upset and disappointed at their lack of concern regarding this. I am giving 0 stars and hope that our experience will encourage others to go elsewhere. I would also like to add that it would have been honest of Mobile Klinik to advise that because this phone was only one week old, we should have just gone to the Apple Store to get it replaced as it was covered under warranty, which Apple verified. Too bad that money means more than being honest with customers.

The lady that works at Mobile Klinik is very rude, i was told my phone would be done within 3-4 days. When it was the 4th day i called and the lady said the parts were not ordered.. this happened 3 times. It took me a month and a half for me to get my Phone back. They never phoned me to advise me about anything.. so unprofessional.

I brought an old iPhone in that would no longer turn on but I needed to get some photos off of it. They managed to get it turned back on and charged by installing a new screeen and battery so I could backup all my data. I was very pleased and they did not even charge me for this which was so amazing. The staff were so helpful and considerate. I am so grateful for their help and generosity! They were willing to loan him a phone while his was being repaired and then we looked at their deals and went with a replacement phone instead. Great service.

When I bought my Galaxy S10e 2 years ago, I took it straight to this Mobile Klinik for a screen protector. Today I went in the have the ports cleaned out and the protector replaced, since the edges were starting to get dusty. Had lunch at Panda Express, and when I was back they were finished. There was no charge for the cleaning, and I got a great discount because I had the protector originally put on there. Awesome, friendly service. Will come back again.

Scrolling through these reviews, I have to agree with pretty much all of them. Dropped my phone and had a crack on the bottom left of my screen. Paul was able to take it in and get it fixed up and back to new in a day. And he told me about a discount students get that I had no idea so it saved me a bunch of money. Which I greatly appreciate, I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get there phone fixed.

I found Mobile Klinik on google after Apple told me it would cost over $300 to fix the battery on an iPad Air. They were able to fix the battery in just 1 day for a small fraction of the price that Apple was going to charge me (and I would have had to mail it in too). My iPhone 6 was not charging properly when plugged in. I thought there was a battery problem but the girl (sorry I didn’t get her name) checked the battery and said it wasn’t bad and then used a magical tool to dig out pocket lint from the outlet in my phone. Charges perfectly now. She didn’t charge me for doing this and could have easily sold me an unnecessary new battery but did not. She was very nice and I appreciated her honesty. I will definitely go there again if needed and would recommend them to others.

My phone wasn't charging properly, I previously went to Roger's and they simply said you have to send the phone in to be looked at. ( which would would of cost me to do so if repairs were made) I took my phone to the Mobile klinik where Manny was on hand to help, he quickly diagnosed the issue ( being a dirty charging port) cleaned it up in few minutes and made only one request of payment, which was to kindly submit a review. This experience was super quick and easy Manny was a great help. Definitely recommend Mobile Klinik in St.Albert.

I tried to call to book an appointment but was always reaching voicemail so I booked online. They had no Pixel 4A screens so they had to order one in. I was told a couple of days and they would contact me when it was done. Queue two weeks later I hadn't heard from them so I called and they said it was ready despite not contacting me. When I went to pick the phone up it was 3 percent battery so I barely had enough time to ensure that the phone was working properly before I paid. Also there was obvious gouge marks on the right side of phone where I'm assuming they removed the screen. Overall, my phone works but wow what a terrible experience.

My Samsung 9 screen became disabled last Saturday morning (It had been run over by a car 8 months ago, was cracked but still functioned, until now). I was advised to try out Mobile Klinik St. Albert, a new repair business in town. I dropped off my phone with Emmanuel P. on Saturday afternoon, picked it up fully repaired and tested on Sunday afternoon (I could have had phone back same day if I wanted it). "Manny" was friendly and thorough with his help and advice when I dropped off the phone, and likewise when I picked it up. I also bought a new protective case and screen cover with Manny's help. Cell phone parts can be expensive but it sure helps when the service is so good and friendly. Thanks again Manny.

Is this the worst customer service I have ever encountered? Possibly. Do they know what they are doing? Doubtful. They performed a service on my phone, and literally less than a year later that exact part failed. Guess what, not their fault. Also because they gave me the run around with repairing my phone they now claim the one year warranty has lapsed. Avoid this place.

Got new phone glass installed on a iphone 6. had no concerning incidents with my phone, literally pulled it out of my pocket with a broken screen, at best leaned on it or bumped something. very poor quality glass, poor customer service... did i mention the poor quality in glass? beware of low cost replacements.

I went to Mobile Klinik and within minutes of looking at my phone, the gentleman was able to locate a foreign body that was stuck. He was able to remove it on the spot and solve the problem.
