I brought my car in to have them look at my 'below the radiator heating and circulating pump' that had just shorted out. They put it up on the hoist and I was able to see the hole that had burned through the pump. They didn't charge me for the inspection. I went and got a new pump and they took me in at 9 am the next day despite being busy. Adrian replaced the pump in 45 minutes for a very fair price. Ray and Adrian seem very honest and down to earth. I highly recommend their services. God bless!

Great location. They have recently upgraded the size of there garage so they can take on a greater amount of vehicles. They are the most honest car repair place we have ever known. Their staff are very experienced and they NEVER charge you for work that isn't needed. At 2 pm Friday afternoon my truck broke down in a parking lot. The water pump failed and antifreeze was everywhere. I got a ride from a friend to a nearby Napa picked up the parts and called Garage On Wheels for HELP!!! Arnaud came out and by 4pm I was back on the road again. This guy us amazing. Just had work done on our 2013 Buick Encore. Leaking valve cover, coolant leak, and odd squeaking sound under the hood. First two issues, no challenge for them. Third problem was a real oddity but they figured it out. Wasn't a pulley, or belt, or any typical problem. What impressed me is that they didn't just start replacing parts to "try" to solve it. They actually identified the problem and solved it. They could have easily hosed me with a new pulley, belt, alternator, etc. That's honest auto repair. Thanks MAR.

The people here are very kind and generous. I called in last minute as my licence plate bolts were rusted down and I couldn't remove them to replace the plate. I got there 5min to close and they removed the rusty bolts and swapped out the plates for me. I don't have any days off currently so them being able to see me last minute really saved me.

My first appointment was a standard maintenance and oil change the service was friendly and as scheduled. I received some great suggestions on new tires which I will require in the fall. Two weeks later my engine light came on Mar was willing to look at my vehicle first thing in the morning without an scheduled appointment. They diagnosed the problem which appeared to be caused by the gas tank lid not being closed completely. They explained that if the engine light was to come on again they would dig in further to investigate the cause. I was in and out in 1/2 hr at no cost which was a nice surprise. The owner really appears to enjoy his work and helping others resolve any car problems. The friendly service and genuine care will keep me coming back fir their services

Swift, caring, honest work!! Arnaud responded with an appointment shortly after I called him. The car shop I went to noticed a small transmission oil spill and recommended I change my whole radiator + coolant flush... Arnaud showed up at my doorstep and carefully inspected. He ended up adjusting one of the hoses while showing me the correct way to check trani oil. A LOT OF UNNECESSARY MONEY SAVED. Will definitely call Arnaud in the future.

I had bought a battery here 3 months ago. Through the very cold weather and lack of regular driving it lost its charge quickly. This despite driving it for 30 minutes 1/week and having an electric battery warmer around it. Very frustrating. drove the 80 km ring road and then I popped in to make an appointment. He said it could be a bad battery but would charge it over night. He ordered a new battery in case that was the problem. He drove me home in my car and filled the time with lots of valuable info about batteries and cold weather. The next morning he called to let me know the car was fixed. The battery was good. There was something draining the battery. A normal drain is 30 units and it was at 70 units - twice as much. He found my plug in device "FixIt" that monitored what is happening with the motor. It had identified what needed to be repaired some time ago and I decided to just leave it plugged it. It was draining more than the entire rest of the car!! Problem solved. Quickly. Professionally. NO charge!!! Thank-you so very much.

Integrity is what comes to mind when I think about Mar. My parents brought their vehicles to Mar, I bring mine and now my daughter brings hers. We never get recommendations for work unless there is an issue. My daughter was advised by another mechanic that there was a $1300.00 issue with her breaks. She brought it to Mar and was advised that there were no issues with her breaks at all. That was a year ago and still no issues. It’s so great to know you can bring your vehicle in and expect a fair and honest assessment. Furthermore, the cost and quality of the work is always excellent. Thank you for your outstanding service. Very honest! I work for a specialty automotive repair shop. A couple of weeks ago Ray called looking for advice on a BMW they had in the shop. The timing chain had broken and he was trying to find the best solution for their client. Rather than sell them a complete engine, they referred the client to us, for a repair that we were familiar with. They did what was best for the client rather than what would have benefited them.
