Dropped off an iPhone Plus yesterday to replace a charging port. When i picked it up my pop socket was broken. No apology, nothing. I asked for a credit for breaking it. You would think they’d be accountable for their actions. No sorry from her, nothing. Had to argue for 20 mins for her to finally give me $10 off. When on their website it says if you book an appointment (which I did) you get $10 off. So why give me a hard time?? So I take it home and the volume for my ringtone, speaker phone etc was messed up. It sounded like someone was whispering on max volume. I go back and the girl says “well we didn’t do it.” I said my phone was perfectly fine when I dropped it off?!? Had to leave it with them again but it’s buzzed sounding and it’s the same problem!! I won’t go back. They’re cheap for a reason. Off to apple I go. Thanks for breaking my sound. You get what you pay for!

Great experience once again!! My senior father dropped his iPad and the screen went black, no cracks but didn’t work. Called Dr Phone Fix and he said to bring it in right away and he would take a look, an hour before closing. He took the screen off gave it a quick clean and it worked. He called right away to pick up, free of charge, no labour fee or anything. Not only was he kind, he was Very professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. Would strongly recommend!!

After the keyboard on my iPhone bit the dust, I got the run around from Best Buy and my mobile service provider it would be a $300-400 fix (my digitizer and screen) Being my phone was slightly older it most definitely wasn’t worth that-so instead I was on the lookout for a cheap, refurbished phone here. Instead, the gentleman who helped me offered to change out my screen and ensured me that if that didn’t do the trick he would then remove it and charge me nothing. Voila! Phone fixed-not to mention he did it in about 15 minutes because I was in a hurry. Saved me a wad of $, time, and were very friendly. Highly recommend.

I needed help with an issue I was having with my iPhone XR. I phoned the store first, to find out if it was something they might possibly resolve. I spoke with Angelo, who told me if I came in to the store, that he would take a look at it and see what he could do. I did, and sure enough, he was able to fix my problem after making a few adjustments. No fuss, very friendly, very professional, and he didn't charge me anything for his help. I was so impressed that I will be giving all of my business to Angelo from now on!

Great service. I have an iPhone 6S that was intermittently accepting charge. I brought it in and he quickly identified my cable was the problem even thought it had no signs of physical damage (I had bought it from a gas station). He advised against using such cables because they can damage the motherboard in your phone. Sold me a quality cable, didn't try to up-sell me on anything, and there was no inspection fee as there typically are with TV's. Recommended.

Honestly some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. I only wish the big company's where nicer to 3rd party fixers, I would pick these guys over any apple or Samsung store for *most* of my phone repairs. Sometimes you have to go to the actual company depending on what you need fixed.

I recently had to order a warranty replacement for my screen protector. It arrived last week, and I decided to go to Dr. Phone Fix to see if they would install it for me. The customer service was excellent. They did a great job replacing the screen protector for me and I was in and out of the store within ten minutes. Awesome service! We have also had two phones with broken screens that they have replaced for us. One-hour service, professional, and work was well done. This is location has the absolute BEST customer service and fair prices. And really look out for their customers. My screen was replaced in November and they were quick, friendly and charged less than anyone else around. Also I managed to get some water damage now in January and my phone is basically done for. I will have to purchase a new phone but they were able to trouble shoot the heck out of it and spared me spending 100s off dollars on things I wouldn't need. And my phone will work enough to do all the necessary back ups and days transfers. They are thoughtful, considerate and kind. I will take all my products there in the future (fingers crossed I won't need to) and I will recommend this location to all my friends. Thank you all again so much for your help.

I came in around 1pm today to get my phone charging port replaced because all my lightning cords weren’t connecting properly anymore. Instead of taking $55 and replacing it, the lady at the counter cleaned all the gunk inside the charging port and it worked perfectly afterwards. I've expressed my concerns with them asking for customer phone passwords as it does expose customers to severe risk of fraud and theft with all of the critical data we keep on phones these days. You can unlock the phone for them if they need you to.

These guys are by far the best. They do what they can to save you money. They check and recheck that the repair you are asking for is the repair that needs to be done before just doing it. I have had my phone rebuilt I don’t know how many times, by many different fix it places. Dr.Phone Fix has been the best experience, everyone there is knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Their prices seem to be the best I have come across. Will definitely be coming back next time I need something replaced. I booked an appointment to have the glass on my iPad 4th generation repaired. Their website says 30 min. for a fix but when I got there they said it wouldn’t be ready until the end of the day, sure no problem right. I received a call at 1730 that evening saying they were done but to bring a case as they could not repair the bezel around the glass and it would be very susceptible to breaking again... ummm pardon me? Why didn’t you replace the bezel then? They told me they could offer me a discount on a new case to protect it. I went to pick up the iPad the next morning, store is supposed to open at 0900 but they didn’t open the door until 0920. The discount offered on a case was only 10%. I expressed my disappointment and the guy offered me $10 off the total cost of the repair. I appreciate the discount but the work was not done right and now I need to buy a bulky case to protect the screen.

I had an appointment next store and sawtheir sign. My old front & back were scrachedand broken from many, many drops. Just wanted a repair. Ended up with a new to me Samsung S9+ phone. 2 generations better than my old phone. Price was just slightly more than the repair cost. Extremely helpful staff assistance was appreciated. The data from my old phone was transferred at no additional fee and I was out of their store in in about a half hour. I had 2 kids phones that had damaged screens. We upgraded 1 kids phone with an affordable one he had there. Got 1 kid a new otter box case (75$) but worth it. He was honest and said I didn't need to buy 2. The other kid had a good case and just needed a screen protector.
