Good service and honest, but almost too honest. Just spoke to someone on the phone asking about a refurbished laptop and was told that, due to COVID, their laptop sales have soared and thus, they have increased the cost of them. Huh? That doesn't make sense, if your sales are that great and you're not hurting for money, why wouldn't you keep them at a reasonable price? Some of us have not been working as much, or at all, due to COVID, so it's a shame that these businesses are using COVID as an excuse to double the cost of their products.

I have been using these guys for years for my home and business computers. They know their stuff. Computers last as long as new and work as well for a fraction of the price.

I do not recommend getting computers repaired here. I originally took mine there for a startup issue. They charge me $160 ($50 to save data) They were able to fix that, but when I got home the sound was not working. I talked to a worker on the phone who told me I can bring it back in & the sound would be fixed for free. I bring it back in, they want to charge me $100 to fix the sound ($50 to save data again) So I told them no. My friend was able to help me reinstall Windows to fix sound for free. However then we have an issue with Windows Movie Maker & Microsoft Word. We take it to Best Buy next, they fix Movie Maker AND get me Windows 10 for $100. I bring it home and have an issue and I was able to take it back to get the issue resolved for FREE. Also the fact that Renewed Technology told me multiple times that I was running an old version of Windows and should spend more $$$$$$$ to upgrade. AND the fact that all my data was supposed to be saved but I will have to purchase another copy of Microsoft Word for over $150. I do not recommend getting computers repaired here. I would love to hear a response from the manager(s) on how we can resolve this issue, especially the Microsoft Word not working!

Amazing customer service! I called looking for a 130w AC adapter for my laptop as mine had broke. I am a university student doing classes online and needed a quick replacement. I contacted Renewed Technology over the phone and the found one for me the next day! Overall they were very kind and accommodating, I will definitely be coming back if I find myself in the need for any other parts!

Excellent service! Chris spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with me as we walked through trying to ascertain if they had a compatible replacement laptop LCD panel for mine which failed suddenly. It seemed they did! A short time later, I showed up in store, connected it to my laptop to confirm it was compatible (it was indeed), paid an incredibly fair price, and left with a massive sigh of relief. These guys saved me weeks of agony from having to order online and limp by using an external monitor. Thanks!

I attended this business to get my keyboard repaired and install some ram. The employee who I initially spoke with was very friendly and I appreciated his assistance with troubleshooting my keyboard and installing the ram (which I thought initially was a good price). Unfortunately, my keyboard remained broken. After bringing the issue to the attention of the business, the employee offered some tips to improve the performance of my keyboard, and unfortunately it did not work. I returned to demonstrate that the keyboard was still not functioning correctly and was met by the owner. He wanted to charge another $120-$180 in labour alone and did not address the fact that the keyboard was not working after the initial repair. I decided to take it somewhere else and got a second opinion. The competition not only had my problem figured out within an hour but he didn't charge me anything after he found out I paid $260 plus taxes for ram with an actual cost of $140 taxes in! The employee is a good helpful person, too bad the Owner is a literal snake oil salesman.

Went in there looking for a cheap used monitor and left confused. Standard resolution monitors that are at least 15 years old are listed for over 100 dollars? I could buy an FHD monitor brand new for the same price. Make your pricing realistic please.

Great service from the team at Renewed Technology! I thought I would need a new laptop as some keys on my Acer laptop fell off. They replaced my whole keyboard which was not an easy task. When a few keys still had issues they took it back and adjusted it under warranty. I was so impressed I bought a refurbished monitor (works like new) and a wireless keyboard and mouse which were both reasonably priced. I will definitely only use these guys if I ever have computer issues again ????

I was approached by a knowledgeable employee who helped me get exactly what I was looking for. My phone request was handled in exactly the same friendly knowledgeable manner both quickly and efficiently. I have used this location both before and after the closure of the other location. The prices are fair and competitive for used computer parts and though the selection can vary widely I am usually able to make do with something they have in stock. The hours are reasonable the location always has parking. I am recommend any tech savvy user or enthusiast to shop here.
