Honestly, I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My phone was completely dead and not only were they able to fix it, they recovered all my information and did a little extra at no charge. If they can't fix it, they wont charge you. I have recommend them to anyone I hear having technological issues, and everyone I know who has gone, has also raved about them and their service, and vow to go back for any future issues. Also, their prices are more than reasonable.

Hassan is a good old fashioned, honest service professional. He is straight up, fast and very fair. He looks you in the eye, and really listens. I have been to a few other places that have neat and tidy shops that look great, undereducated staff, and a corporate line. This is none of that. Hassan is a guy who gets the job done, and doesn't fleece you. Can't say enough.

One of the best electronic service in Regina. I had taken my cell phone to 3 other shop and all of them seem to have installed cheap parts which only worked temporarily. Regina Repair & Electronics took only under 1 hour to fixed my phone and I never had an issue since then. The high quality parts they use speak for themselves. I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

My experience was great. He did everything in front of me and he fixed it within 20 minutes, I didn't even have to leave the store. He also put in some coins for me when the parking officer went to ticket me. Super nice guy, very much would recommend! Great service!!

failed to honor warranty on a failed lcd screen he had replaced for my iphone 7 with the excuse that I did not have a receipt when he knows that he did not want to give me one to save on taxes. Reported to CRA and will file a small court claim so he can learn his lesson

I was looking for a place to get my battery replaced for my S9+ So I looked on Google and his business came up one of the 1st ones I started reading some reviews And I'm glad I did because he was very professional He was not like one of those guys that would say oh we need a battery replacement or something else needs to be fixed as well .he got very to the point Told me he would check out some things before Replacing the battery and I like that. I Bought a phone for my wife aswell and she loves it As for my New battery I followed his directions for the 1st couple of charges and it's doing great I would highly recommend this repair shop

If i could give you zero stars i would. Yiu put my samsung s9 togethrr with double sided tape. What was supposed to be a water resistant phone is now a $1000 paper weight. Unbelivable AVOID THIS SHOP. I should have walked out when i seen his store what a joke!

Recently my iPhone fell into water, and immediately I took steps to mitigate (and hopefully prevent) any damage. The following day I took it to a local uBreakiFix (not recommended) location. There I was told they would dehydrate the iPhone to try to get it to turn on. I explained how concerned I was with recovering my precious (5000) pictures. The day after they told me simply, they tried but my phone was “toast”. For a second opinion I then went to Regina Repair & Electronics (fantastic service). One of their staff (Hassan)offered to try a few things. First thing, as he opened my iPhone in front of me, he remarked, “Oh, you took this to Nanotech first?” (Nanotech is not affiliated at all with uBreakiFix) “No, I didn’t!”, I replied. It was an iPhone SE, new from SaskTel and never before serviced. I was very much surprised and puzzled to discover the battery in the phone was not even mine, so I returned to uBreakiFix and spoke with the manager. After listening to my story, he said they would never put a Nanotech battery into a repaired phone. “Who did then?”, I asked. He then went to the back and returned with an exploded battery. One of the staff accidentally punctured my battery, he said, and did not want to return the phone to me in that state; therefore, he put in a different battery. He apologized for not telling me about the punctured battery in the first place and expressed his doubts about any other shop being able to do better with my phone than his technicians. Well, Regina Repair & Electronics was able to get my iPhone to a state where the content could be recovered. Words fail me in trying to express my relief that my treasured pictures were not lost after all! He explained, the iPhone would turn on only for brief periods, but with a little time and effort, he managed to recover everything, which he then transferred to a memory stick. What began as a painful lesson about the importance of backing up data became my best-ever service experience. The fellow has even followed up with me since then to make sure everything is okay with my pictures. For iPhone service, I highly recommend Regina Repair & Electronics (1868 Rose Street)! Thank you!!!!
