Terrible shop, fried my laptop with the parts that they installed and now are refusing to do anything about it. Also have paid them $150 for Microsoft Office and another $300 to install it in two $150 payments. Even though I paid the $150 for the software they refuse to give me my serial number for the software so I can install it myself. Instead I am forced to go back and have them install it.

Amazing service! I called in right after they opened for the day and they had me drop my computer off within 15 mins. I went back home and received a call less than an hour later letting me know exactly what was wrong, the cost to repair it and explained why it happened. The repair itself was done within 15 mins and I had my computer back for my class online the same day!! The prices were extremely fair, they found a used part for me to save a bit of money as well. Everyone I dealt with was friendly from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to take my computer back here anytime or recommend them to anybody. Thanks again Matt!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody. Everything is overpriced, the staff is rude and extremely disrespectful. Take your stuff somewhere else for better customer service and quality pricing. TERRIBLE!!!

They are in my contacts as "My computer dudes". Bob and Matt are amazing! Super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, affordable! The rest of the staff is great too. I have been going to PMW for many many years. Cant remember using anyone else in my 12 years living in Regina. From computers, accessories, to a wifi booster to an android box they have supplied all my computer needs. But most of all helped me through all my repairs and issues!! They are fast and experienced. They even make offsite calls. You will not be disappointed trusting these guys with your computer!
