So after our home business computer was corrupted, and some comparative price shopping. I choose to shop locally given the current economy vs buying from the box store. Decided on a computer, was given a good fair price, told the sales person to call me when it was put together as it was a in-store item. Also note that we had a spare HDD and optical reader added. Was contacted the next day and told that the unit was ready. Brought home after work and set up only to discover that the storage HDD and dvd burner was not seen by the computer. So now another day without computer. Took back the following day, some what upset asking if they actually bench tested the unit. The sales guy tryed to defend the tech blaming me stating I rushed them, when in fact they contacted me stating it was ready for pickup. 4 hours later they call me tell me its good to go. Now one month later the computer just powdered off and wont power back up. Soo now back into the store and no home business computer again!! VERY disappointed with this item and customer service. Will never recommend this store to anyone.

Great to deal with, always very helpful and professional. They will actually sell / advise you on what you actually need. Where as Big box stores are more likely to sell you an incompatible product.

I am truly impressed with the fast and knowledge service these people give. I've had computers start to fail me, had to up grade computer for school and a host of other things. I was able to get everything taken care of over the holidays for (I believe) a reasonable price. Had to replace a desk top and lap top with some accessories and they worked with in my budget. Both service and sales staff. THANK YOU! I am now prepared to finish off my school year and have the systems I need when I'm done and working. I have been a loyal customer of PC place for 5 years.

Terrible store. Pay for upgrading graphic card and dust off. However, they just upgraded the graphic card and didn't clean dust carefully. As a result, the temperautre of CPU ran very high and power cut because of the system protection (it never happened before). I went back there and they ask for another order for upgrading CPU fan!!! It has been two weeks, they still work on it. What a terrible store!!! ps: you guys reinstall my orgional graphic card. but this problem does not change at all! and my computer still die randomly. I don't know what you have done to my computer. To support your suggestions, I accept all your saying. As the result, this computer didn't get any upgrade rather than create more problem that cannot be solved. I want to give you 5 stars and I still would like becaome a customer in the future. BUT THE TRUTH IS MY COMPUTER STILL RAPPIDLY SHUT DOWN!

I needed a company who would be able to work with me in utilizing a computer purchase program through my employer. Dave Church was quick to respond to my emails, answered all my questions, and provided me with a quote as soon as I decided what I wanted. He was never sales-pushy, which I always appreciate. He gave accurate time frames for when I could pick up my new system and made the entire process easy. He even helped me load it into my car when I came to pick it up! I noticed other employees helping people get things to their cars in the short time I was there, and you just don't see that very often most places. I'll be shopping at PC Place for all of my PC needs in the future. Thanks again Dave!

I called enquiring about purchasing an HP Designjet Printer (a specialty item), not only was the service extremely friendly, I also was given the best price quote I could find, and locations of where the printer could be shipped from. These guys are extremely knowlegeable, and just plain full of awesomeness! I'd love to meet the owner and shake his hand. Apparently his name is Bob! XD Thanks, PC PLACE!!!!

Very expensive for old hardware... I recommend price shopping before going here. Save yourself some money and write down what they are trying to sell you for a computer if you like it and go pretty well anywhere else with it and you will save money. That includes accessories too. $2000 with this company would only cost you maybe $1300 at best buy. (I'm not a huge best buy fan but I am a fan of getting good and fair pricing)

Very helpful staff. Set up a new computer for me when I bought it there a year ago. Had a quote for me in an hour at most. When I needed my receipt printed again as I had forgot to submit it to my funding they were willing to quickly print me a new one.

Working with PC Place on Victoria Avenue in Regina has been a very pleasant customer experience each time. I have utilized PC Place several times (both for business and personal computer reasons) and I find the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. The kind of service and help you just cannot get from a box store in my experience. Better off to work with computer experts rather than the box store generalists. At least this way if you have any post purchase concerns or servicing you have a reliable source to help you. You don't get that at the box store or on-line. Worth thinking about before you buy solely on price, especially when it comes to technology. I highly recommend PC Place. Thanks for all your help in the past and I will continue to be a customer.

I brought my MacBook to have it's screen repaired and I had absolutely wonderful service. The service technition who assisted me was helpful and patient and allowed me to take my MacBook home while we waited to hear back about my warranty coverage. When they ordered in my parts they arrived in a day and I had my computer back within 24 hours. Most places where you get your MacBook fixed it can take numerous weeks so I was incredibly impressed with the quick turn around time and the friendly and prompt service. Would definitely recommend PC Place
