I am from the US, forgot my adapter and need it to do a sales presentation. One of the local guys suggested going over to the mall, and I stumbled across iWorld Connect in Regina. Man, was I soooo lucky to find this store and meet Roz. She really went out of her way to give me the BEST experience... made sure that the adapter worked with my tablet, gave me all the details in case it was defective... the works. I am normally a very critical person when it comes to customer service... Roz blew me away with her interaction with me... she knows what "customer excellence" is all about. If you have a need in Regina, you definitely want to check out iWorld Connect and ask for Roz.

Came in on one of my very few days off, was shown my replacement phone, then was told to come back in 2 days to get my phone replaced. When I came in 2 days later, they refused to replace my phone, saying it was completely fine and to come back when it I can prove it's broken. I now won't be able to come in for at least a week due to work and am stuck with an unusable phone.

The service is extremely poor and the staff doesn't know how to do half the things in the store. They ignored me for 5 mins while they just chatted, and laughed, and made fun of people. Great management of your employees

Mind-blowingly excellent service. Had to drive in from out of town to purchase a Thunderbolt 3 cable that nobody in the province seemed to have for a very finicky device. Dustin went out of his way to track it down, and had all the cables laid out for me when I arrived to determine the best one which he didn't have to do - talk about above and beyond. To the management: Give Dustin a raise and a promotion; this is the kind of person you don't want to let get away. We will also be writing a commendation letter on our official letterhead to send to the office shortly as we feel this kind of amazing service deserves to be recognized! 5/5. Good stuff Dustin. Will definitely be back.

Make sure to check the prices these guys are selling items for to what Apple or any other Apple retailer is. I bought my daughter the small series 3 Apple Watch, that everywhere else is selling for $259, but they charged me $299, the same price as the larger one. So if you want to throw away an extra $40 for nothing, then this is the store for you. Staff was nice and very helpful, just corporate are okay gouging. Customer lost.

Seen on the website there was 7 Iphone 12 pro max's in stock, went to the store at the mall, and they told me I had to order online, because apparently they can't sell the ones they have in the stock to me!!! What's the point in having a website saying you have something in stock if your not selling them at your store. Overall pretty disappointed with this store.

I received outstanding service today at the Apple Store in the Cornwall Centre. Tristen and the other two fellows were so knowledgeable and helpful and got my phone up and running in no time. This afternoon I happen to visit the store for inquiring latest MacBook and to look unto few new accessories and to my delight I was very well attended by Abir and Yuvraj. The product knowledge and the interest by which I was informed about Apple products was really commendable. I did visited few other stores that sell and serve Apple products including Apple Store( Calgary) but I have never been demonstrated about apple products ever in detail. Looking forward to consultation and visit the store quite often. Highly impressed by the service and professionalism the store staff possesses.

Brought in an older MacBook having startup issues. Staff claimed they did a diagnostic on it and that reseating the cable to the hard drive fixed the issue. I got a callback a few days later and staff informed me that the hard drive was not actually fixed and was failing and would need to be replaced. I called them back to give the go ahead on the repair and I was told the tech had quit and they could no longer do the repair. I picked up the laptop, after paying a fee for diagnostic, and brought it to another repair shop where the hard drive was actually removed and tested and worked perfectly. I replaced the cable from the motherboard to the hard drive and my issue went away. I highly doubt any real diagnostic was ever done and they claimed a hard drive replacement to make a quick dollar. I won't be going back here.

I purchased a Zagg Pro Keys Touch IPad 10.2 for my Apple IPad for $179.00 before tax. This product was recommended by the staff Harvey and Dustin who were very pleasant and very helpful I purchased other products as well on their recommendation. Unfortunately when I tried it at home the keyboard did not work properly. I went back to the store and Dustin was able to correct the glitch. After being away for a month, and returning home I used the keyboard again. It had the same problem. I called the store but a different employee couldn’t help me. Insisting I come in again I was happy to see that Dustin and Harvey were at work that day. They remembered dealing with the problem and understood that there was a recurring glitch. I asked for a refund. Harvey said he had to talk to the owner first by making a phone call. After trying to explain the circumstances to the owner, the owner decided to give me only $100.00 back making this restocking charge $79.00 without acknowledging that the product was defective or incompatible with my IPAD which the staff and I the customer explained. Buyer Beware! I world , if you read the small print on the back of your bill does not have to accept any returns. The owner is more interested in keeping the customer’s money rather than keeping the customer happy so that the customer will return . In future I will be purchasing elsewhere where I am treated fairly and with respect by the owners. I would have given the staff five stars for effort and excellent service.

Terrible customer service, staff are giving wrong information for products to the customers. I bought a screen protector and I asked them if it was from glass and they said “Yes!”, I also asked them if I can return it back and the staff member told me that if I don’t use it, I can return it. I came home after the purchase, I opened the box, which was without any sticker, just a box from carbon and finally it was plastic screen protector and not glass. I went back and I found the same staff member, who I bought it from, I talked to him and a lady who was sitting behind of the counter start raising her voice and telling more than once that they are not taking it back! She wasn’t polite at all, they didn’t apologize for the wrong info that they told me. The funniest thing is that they said they are not taking it because I opened the box, which box, didn’t have any security sticker or something like that which I could brake! Also, by opening the box I could find out that it’s not glass because it’s not written outside ... I am not sure if they know what customer service means, both of the times I went in there staff members were talking continuously around the counter... That was the last time I went in there as they are rude and raising their voices to clients,while I was talking to them normal without being rude to anyone. That lady’s behavior was inappropriate and if I could give 0 stars, I would just for the way she was talking.

They avoid my calls and take their sweet time calling back. I have been in contact with Apple and IWorld. IWorld keeps trying to refuse to fix the computer even tho Apple told them to fix it.

As someone who works in the same mall , I find it interesting that their own staff leave 5 star reviews. I understand the importance of good reviews in customer service but this tactic I find is misleading to customers.

Our MacBook Air was hacked yesterday! Today we took it and the desktop it's synced with in to your Regina iWorld and entrusted it - and us - into the care of Dustin Beanlands. That young man is gold! He's a 'people person' first and foremost; patient, kind, reassuring, friendly. And he's a tech wiz of the first degree! He immediately eased our fears that the worst possible computer hacking scenario had befallen us. He showed us a program - which we bought - that cleaned and safeguarded both of our computers till they die. He updated both computers, which took the better part of the afternoon. He made sure we could contact him if problems arose. We left your store feeling like we had a new friend! Do you know how lucky you are to have him on your payroll? BZGK

Five stars hands down with two thumbs up. We have been looking around at getting new iPads for my husband and myself. So, we decided to come check out iWorld. That’s when we were greeted by Dustin, this young man was a delight, very friendly and actually listened to our questions and answered them very thoroughly. You could tell he enjoys talking and teaching about these products. I made a joke to him that he should host seminars for us old folk that don’t understand this kind of stuff. He said he has “thought about it, but we do offer training in store here too” We further talked and we found out he wants to become a technician for apple, so I will root for Dustin when you guys give him the training for it, he will be excellent when he’s done the classes! And for Dustin, don’t lose that passion. You made computers and iPads fun for us to understand and we will be back just for that. Thanks Dustin and iWorld! You guys are the local experts!

If you are considering going here, please don't assume it is like a 'mini' Apple Store or something similar.' It is not. It is a separate retailer with a license to sell Apple. You cannot get the same service as an Apple Store, nor same warranties or other similar treatment. Your experience will be in no way similar, there is no connection between the companies anymore than there is between......say Panasonic and Best Buy. Specifically: - You cannot return anything you bought from the Apple Store or apple.ca, to iworld, nor vice versa. - They do not cover replacing anything under manufacturers warranty. They will not give replacement items, or facilitate this using their store resources or inventory. You will need to call Apple. - They do not have the same return time period as the Apple Store, and they have more strict conditions - Unlike Apple (and 95% of any other retailer), they charge a restocking fee for returned items - You cannot return a custom order, period. They consider a custom order to be anything not in their immediate inventory, something that needs to be ordered, even if it is a completely standard product on Apple.ca. For example if you wanted a larger SSD (standard option on website) on a mac, and they only had a unit with the smaller one in stock, this would be a 'custom' order. - Although one of their purported purposes is to perform service on Apple products, my experience is usually refuse to do this without cost, even if product is under warranty. I have even had a request to take 5 seconds to brush out the lightning port refused! In summary, iWorld should be considered a sub-par generic retailer, with slightly worse service than an average retailer. Scrub the word apple from your mind, apart from the brand of the product. It is a 'sell and forget' shop. I'm actually surprised Apple allows this, given that people will probably erroneously assume a connection and it could hurt their brand.

Terrible service! I was told a great price to fix my IPhone 6 but had to make an appointment. Once I showed up for the service, the costs went up by over 4 times the original price. Walked away!!! No integrity and will never go back. Sorry I bought an apple product. Will now contact Apple Canada and deal with them directly I guess. Too bad because I really like to support local businesses whenever possible.....but not this one! AND....Was contacted by manager and promised a phone call back....it has been a week so even the management has no sense of customer service...sent phone to Apple...don't go to this store folks...very disappointing!

I was in the store last week and I had some questions regarding the new MacBooks with the M1 chip. I was greeted by Jasmeet first impression was spot on as the sales rep was professionally dressed and was ready to assist me with a positive attitude. His Knowledge regarding the products were impressive. He explained the features in both techinical and normal day usage which was quite intriguing. Keep it up !
