Had my Samsung S7 rear camera cover glass explode during a very hot day. I could not get warranty repair as it was not covered. Some places quoted $70 & a day or two for repairs. iRepair quoted $40 & 30 minutes. I came back after 25 minutes and it was done, looking like brand new and spotless. Will use them as often as possible. Convenient, right on the bus routes downtown.

Needed a charging port replacement for my iPhone X. Showed up to the store, got the phone looked at, damaged was assessed, quoted and paid for repairs, left the phone and returned a couple hours later to pickup. Repaired and works great. Would go back again.

Cheap Chinese batteries lost 5 percent in a week Said the screen was delaminated but it wasn’t they did something to screw it up and now it doesn’t fit flush. Took it back and they said that it was that way and they had to glue it not satisfied

I will avoid this business if I were you. After they've done a 1 time good job on upgrading my Mac. The 2nd visit was a disaster. My laptop has only a minor problem. We have agreed to buy the parts. I took my laptop while waiting for the parts to come from China. And then suddenly my laptop is not working anymore. I returned it only to find out that the motherboard is dead. They sold me a cheap $200 replacement. Which I took. What's the point of stressing myself? i said to myself. And now my housemate had the same experience with her phone. Always go to BestBuy for repairs. At least it's a big company who can replace your item. IT'S NOT EVEN WORTH A VISIT NOR SYMPATHY IF THEY CLOSE SHOP IN THIS TIME OF PANDEMIC.

I was in from Vancouver when my iPhone stopped charging and I need a quick repair on a Sunday. Went down to the 30 min iRepair location and met with the staff who looked at my phone immediately. My girlfriend and I brought a laptop to iRepair to fix the cracked screen, and they wanted to keep the cord. Upon picking it up, they tried to sell us half of a different cord back for thirty dollars, and we had to explain to them that we couldn't use half of a cord, and that we wanted ours back. When they grabbed the cord we brought, they were using it for testing other people's products, and they still tried to get us out the door with half of the other cord. The screen was fixed for our agreed upon price, but the laptop does not run as fast as it did before the repair, and when it was brought in, the young man that took it was really eying it up. Offering free screen protectors for good reviews and Facebook likes doesn't help this in our eyes. Disappointed at the manner in which this business conducts and presents itself.

Took in my iPhone 7 for a simple charging port change. When I came back to pick it up, my phone was still in pieces on the counter and there were YouTube videos on his computer about iPhone repair. Turns out he damaged my screen while taking it apart. The screen was replaced at no charge. I thought everything was fine until I got home. The phone seemed to have a mind of its own. Apps would open and close on their own, the screen would freeze for no reason, calls were dropped, and more. I took it back and was told that I would have to pay for another screen and service fees. I told them that since they broke it they should fix it. After a bit of a disagreement I finally got my screen replaced at no charge. Too much hassle and an amateur business. Would only recommend this place if you enjoy going back and forth to downtown and paying for parking while hoping they don’t ruin your device. Terrible experience. Negative 5 star rating.

This place is awesome. I went to there website and they emailed back within 1 hour to what the problem is. I then took it in and got back glass plus charging port for 125 dollars and only took 40 minutes. No waiting for parts and they threw in a free screen protector. U break I fix was almost triple the money at 350 plus a week and a half to get parts plus a whole day to fix it.

Brought in my touchscreen JVC stereo deck from my truck, the lights were not working. I couldn't find anyone in Regina willing to fix it, however these guys did not hesitate and had it fixed in an hour. They even provided a 3 month warranty even though it's not a normal device. I highly recommend giving these skilled techs for all your electronic needs.

The service was pretty slack. I paid them upfront to unlock my phone on Saturday and they said they'd give me the code on Monday but they kept telling me tomorrow. I finally went in on Thursday they said they couldn't unlocked my phone and that they could only refund half my money back. Which is shady. Bad service they where trying to keep all of the money saying they paid Sasktel for the unlock code. I paid money for nothing just to get told they can't unlock my other phone.

My fiancé took his phone in only to get the screen fixed. They told him 225$.. When he went to get his phone, the price came out to 400$!!!! (Keep in mind he could have bought out his contract with that kind of money) They replaced the LED in his phone without his permission, his charger port, AND aux port. Unexceptable, as these things were not asked for to be fixed.. SO LIVID!!

Would definitely give them 0 stars if I can. Went their to get my phone fix because the screen was shattered but not the LCD. When I picked up my phone, the touch screen was not working properly. So I had to go back to get it fixed again and this Asian boy told me not to drop, although I didn't even dropped it. This happened 4 times! I had to be really mad in order for them to get it right. Worst experience ever!

I thought my phone needed a new charging port as well.... they tested it and advised me not to do it and that it was working fine.
