The salesmen was rude and would not let my friend just get her repair without buying extra stuff. I would not recommend this store.

This place is AMAZING. I went in with my macbook after being online with Apple support for an hour and no luck. I brought it in and they helped me right away with trouble shooting. I’m a very broke students and was so worried it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to fix, but after about an hour of trying different things we got it up and running perfectly!!! They didn’t charge me anything to fix it which was so incredibly kind, I bought a pop socket so I could give some type of business. Anytime I have any tech issues, I’m coming straight here! ❤️

I have been going to Mobi Jack’s for a few years to resolve my phone issues and have always received incredible service. Yesterday, I went in to get my laptops repaired. When I explained my issue the staff explained how I could resolve the issue myself. He was very honest with me and gave me several resources saving me a ton of money. Since I was able to resolve the issue myself I didn’t actually end up paying, so I wanted to leave this review. I had the not so great experience of having my cell phone run over. Screen was shattered in numerous places I tried everywhere to get either a replacement until I could get a new one or repair the existing one. No luck anywhere. i called my son Jeremy who said call Mobi Jacks and sent me their contact info. I no sooner had arrived and Al had me a loaner and cost to repair and a time line ( a couple of days ) for parts to arrive and true to his word ( even with covid shipping type delays ) Al called and said the parts were in and they were on it. A couple hours later we were called and advised my phone was ready . WOW ! AL was assisting another client when I arrived so Wakin' finished up the deal and I was gone. Great job great service. If/when the product purchased at this business wears out, I look forward to being able to return for a replacement product at a fraction of the original cost. $30 reg price, sold for $20, with a $8 replacement promise. Wow, this is an amazing store! I brought my LG G3 in with a huge crack and the screen wasnt working right. I took it to them expecting to have to wait a day or two. He asked if I had any other running around to do, he said it should be done within the hour. I did, I needed to fill the car up. I left for 30 min and came back just to wait at the store for the rest of the time and to my surprise it was already done!!! I will never go anywhere else, and their store looks really cool too. Kind of wasted my money by going here and perhaps being TOO specific about my issue. They fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. I just wish I could use my camera again, The lens is so dirty underneath my new glass lens cover that the whole thing is blurry with little black dirt marks on the edges, I know it's not their fault because I did say that my problem was the fact that the glass was broken but I must say I'm a little choked that its still in such bad repair. Maybe next time I'll just say.. help! my lens is dirty and I can't get it clean... to replace the camera itself would cost me an additional 70 bucks.. not going to happen with this old phone. Disappointed yes, wish they'd taken a bit more time to address the problem yes, their fault? no not really. Friendly and mostly helpful, I'll be back. Sorry I couldn't give you a 5 Shane and guys, my disappointment is preventing it.

Needed to get my iPhone replaced through AppleCare and Connor made it super easy and quick (much quicker than going to the apple store in my experience). Plus they offer a loaner phone with a screen protector and case for only $30 while you wait for the new phone to arrive from Apple, a service that even apple doesn’t offer while you’re waiting on repairs. Will definitely be back if I need any future repairs.

After a month I'm having issues with my charge port, but not entirely sure it had anything Todo with screen repair. Ill be going here again for future phone repairs. Just wish the prices weren't so extreme for some things. But. The screen repair was only a 5th of the cost of a new s20 ultra. Either way. I was happy with the service I got

I can't say enough about how awesome these guys are. I came in just before they closed with a bricked phone. Rather than push me into an expensive phone they advised me to use my insurance and explained how much better off I was with the device my cellular provider was offering. I didn't buy anything but that didn't matter. They genuinely acted in my best interest. Without hesitation I would recommend them to family and friends. Called to get MacBook repaired. Explained in detail the issues, they were yup yup sure no prob. Drive all the way there and the guy never even touched it,,,,, started talking it was this and that, and not worth fixing because the price of the new ones came down so much. They are an Apple authorized dealer. So they discouraged repair, and follow Apple's orders to replace where possible. Sent to Rossmann in the states. 3 weeks and $550, good as new. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, AND POSSIBLY YOUR MONEY

Yesterday the parkland mall mobi Jack’s worker was doing me a favour helping me to update my phone, what happened next was not his fault but I was very upset the update completely wiped my phone (this never happens I was told) I was very upset that I lost everything up to September 2020 ... at least some was retrievable but not all. I then called mobi timberlands upset and see if someone could help any further. Joaquin told me to come the next day before store hours and he would do what he could for me. He was very informative and helped me to ensure I don’t lose everything ever again. I also ended up purchasing some items for other things I needed and he gave me a discount. All the my event was unfortunate they still helped me through it and that is appreciated. I will go to them again in the future.

I realize Koodo and Telus are joined at the hip, but if you don't require a business plan or need to have the absolute latest phone, go to Koodo. Same coverage, same data rates, but way cheaper rates!

Horrible experience, I spent $800 in this store, $100 of this was for a lifeproof case, which worked for a couple of months, of course past warranty. the button on the side that turns the phone on and off quit working...the guy at the front desk was totally useless and unhelpful, no customer service at all, holds the empty case in the air and pushes the button and tells me it well depress the button...REALLY. would not exchange or helpout in anyway shape or form.....never ever gojng back, and suggest you don't either

Should have gotten my phone repaired through Samsung, used pressure tactics to try and make me buy stuff I didnt need. About 140 dollars more than samsung quoted me. And the weirdest thing is he had my sin card and sim tray at his house for some reason, he said he was cleaning his tablet and put mine in there without knowing. Either way if that was the truth or not I feel like it violates my privacy and wasted my time. The reason it isn't a one star is because they did seem to fix it correctly and was a quick turnaround unlike going through samsung.
