I was looking for basic monitors and wanted to keep my business local. Went online and discovered that Sarita had ex lease monitors on sale (per their own website) and decided I'd buy them there. When I visited the store I asked about what monitors were available and they showed me several options. I asked which ones were the sale ones and was asked if I meant they ones online..I said yes and then was told oh that's old information. It was their own website I got the price from. Instead of 57 per they were more 98. Best part? I just looked now, three days after this happened and the same bad info is up. For a commuter store that's pretty bad online presence. As a basic customer service issue it would have been nice to perhaps gotten the advertised price instead of a flat out nope. I spent no dollars this day.

Update following the response below:
There are some inaccuracies to address in the reply I got. First, I did not notice the dates that were mentioned on the ad so that's on me and I'll know better for next time. However, the only thing I was told once I went in the store is that the flyer info was old. One sentence that never mentioned dates on the flyer etc, only that it was old info. Nothing about some 6 to 8 week refresh schedule. I'm not sure why you'd want to keep old flyers posted in the first place that costumers look to see what happening in your store. Second thing. I've never said anything on FB about the store. Nothing. The only communication I sent was directly to the store through the contact us form on their own website, to which I got no response. I decided to then post my experience via Google.
I missed the dates on the flyer and that's my bad so I'll adjust my review a bit. The subsequent misrepresentation was unnecessary however. It's not unreasonable to assume that the flyer posted on a business website is representative of the current prices without having to check for dates. In fact day of my visit I had double checked that the flyer was still up to confirm that I hadn't missed the sale. Doesnt matter. Obviously this one experience is an exception to people's general experience, but it did happen and could have gone better, before and after.
