Stopped in believing id need a new charger port or even a new phone. An amazing employee named Matthew took my phone. Cleaned the port right out tested it and assured me I wouldn't need repairs or q new phone. My cell is as good as new. He even cleaned the screen, no charge. Great place. I stopped by at Mobile Klinik after another service provider relayed I would not be able to transfer the data from my old shattered Samsung S20 phone to my new Samsung. An employee by the name of Paul was able to retrieve the data off my broken phone for free and was very diligent in ensuring I was happy with the outcome! He made my day as I was able to see all my photos and contacts again! Both Paul and his coworker were welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient when serving the needs of their customers! I would recommend them to anyone with a broken phone or struggling with technology and in need of great and cost friendly service!

I have gone to the store in Pine Centre mall twice now and both times the staff have been courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Once was for issues with charge port and second was issue with volume detection on phone calls. Both times they didn’t charge which blows my mind. Definitely recommend you stop by.????????
