Wpuld never gp back extreme ripp off artist. Got my phone fixed for 290 and now i keep getting a message saying my finger swnsor doesnt work. And the screen isnt placed in properly and was damaged . So i took it in for him to only proceed to yell at me and tell me that im rong . Very shady place. Plus he is very rude and qhen i left upset he came out at me like he was going to hit me . And i found out he picks up hookers on his spare time and obvisly on my doller

I took my S7 Samsung to check out a dirty charging port. I'd heard positive things about him from different people. Took him at most 5 minutes to clean out the port so it now charges like it should. He wouldn't take anything for it because it was such an easy fix. I would've given more stars but 5 was the best option!

I came in about a broken earpiece speaker on my Nexus 6. They said they would look into it. A week later went in about it and they hadn't done much. Came in again a week later. Wouldn't fix it because he didn't want to make it worse.

Called 3 times now. Been told I'd get a callback twice. Neither happened. Requested to order parts to fix my S8+, order never placed. Every call starts off with me getting an explanation of repair and cost even though I've made it clear as soon as I call I already understand both. Has acted every time like I'm crazy for wanting my phone fixed and/or he has zero interest in doing it. I rarely place a bad review for businesses, working on the bad end of retail myself, but this guy's a joke.

Tried to discourage me from replacing broken screen because it is expensive and he would have to order it in even though I said it was under warranty. Said he would call in a couple days after the screen came in and I never heard from him again. This left me scrambling to find someone else as there was only 2 weeks to complete the repair under warranty by that point. Later I learned this screen is hard to install and that he most likely just didn't want to do it but instead of reaching out and explaining he ghosted me! Terrible customer service!!!

absolutely horrible customer service. i never take the time to write a review, so let that be an example of how disappointed i was with the service of this “company”. i would recommend to use soley as a last resort. hope this helps!

DO NOT GO HERE. Brought my phone in the other day and when I got it back ALL my photos and music had been erased. When we turned the phone on upon arrival it flashed the old home screen picture so there were definitely pictures on there when I walked in.

Very poor service!!! Battery wasn't charging on my wife's phone. Took it to Extreme Cell Phone Repair on June 17. He tried to get it to charge but he was unsuccessful. He said he would order and install a new battery, but that it might be a charge port problem. If it wasn't the battery he would keep the new battery in stock and not charge her. If it was a charge port problem he might not be able to fix it if it was soldered. Had to go back on June 24 and remind him to order the battery. He took the phone and said he would try again to get it to charge enough to transfer the contacts to my wife's new phone. He could not get it to hold a charge, but he still charged her $80! Total rip-off.

This business did an amazing job on my iPad screen replacement as well as my Samsung S8 repair. The owner was very friendly and gave me the best deal after spending way more hours than expected on my S8 phone. He fixed all the issues and I have had no problems with the phone for months now. I purchased a used phone that unlock failed in store so I took it home to try and unlock it by contacting telus to no available. I went out of my way to try to get this phone working by paying a professional company to flash the phone and the phone has issues that are not able to be fixed. the owner Don will not try to help. my recommendation is to steer clear of this place for any phone issues.

I called this location for an estimate on a screen replacement and was quoted a cost of approximately $450.00, I had the same repair carried out in Toronto for $250.00, I called a facility in Vancouver and was quoted $230.00. These people are crooked and gouge the public. The cost of material doesn't change and their labour costs are not reflective of other facilities in the country. I also found it similar in other places in Prince George...criminal if you ask me.
