Well all I have to say is WOW ... amazing customer service yet again !!! I called today and paid for the “drop everything and focus on my problem “ I called it the “Princess Package” lol ... and they sure did. I own a business and my computer hard drive was dying so they diagnosed it, installed it and it will be ready tomorrow. I am very nervous about letting anyone into my computer and I truly value that I can trust them with my computer. I am very customer service oriented and I love that they genuinely care about their customers needs. They set realistic expectations and do their best to treat you fair.

Took my now, 2 year old Sony Xperia into Cantin Bros to see if they would at least look at it, unlike another repair business on 15th who straight up refused purely based on the fact it is a Sony???? and wasn't ' worth their time '. These guys were professional, polite and more than happy to have a crack at it. In the end got the handset up and running for v.reasonable cost as it turned out only the charging port had become disconnected inside from previous warranty work. Would definitely recommend these guys first A+

You Lose Go Cry

Absolute garbage! So I bring my PS3 to these guys and tell them “Hey, my blueray drive in this ps3 is broken, I need it replaced”. They say no problem, leave it and it will be fixed. A week later they phone up and say we cant fix it, we dont have the parts. Kind of annoying that it takes a week for them to figure that out but whatever, not a big issue. I go to pick up my still broken PS3 and get charged $15 before they will release my property. $15 for what? I told them what the issue was before it was dropped off. They didnt need to open it up to know they didnt have the part. It was claimed that the charge was for a diagnostic but I did not ask for them to do that. I hired them to change my bluray player, not to figure out that it was not working. I already knew what was wrong with it. It would be differnt if i didnt know the issue and asked them to figure out and fix it, but I didnt do that. How many other people have they done that too? What kind of diagnostic could they have done anyways? Turn it on and see that disc doesnt spin? Duhhh thats why i brought it to you!

“Have you backed up your device before dropping it off?” ...is what the clerk should have asked before saying how easy it would be for her to replace the battery in my wife’s iPhone. Instead she calls two hours later to tell us that the phone would no longer start up, so she performed a factory reset, wiping all of our pictures and videos from the phone. Nearly a year of videos of my first born GONE! After speaking to a data recovery service, they are not optimistic about recovering any data, since a factory reset most likely zeros out any personal data on the device. We are still going to try even though it will cost a lot. What we lost today was priceless. And from the explanation given, it sounds as if this colossal mistake was due to human error. Nothing can replace what we have lost. Had the reset not been performed, we would have more hope of our videos being recovered. It was a sad day for our family. Customers, back up your data before trusting your device to any repair technician. Employees, tell your customers to back up their devices before you take responsibility for their precious moments. You’ve probably lost a customer forever today, maybe by warning your customers to back up their devices you can prevent yourselves from losing more.

Wow! In these times of big box stores, online shopping & repairs, it is utterly delightful to experience personal, face-to-face customer service again. After dropping my iPhone and cracking the screen rendering it unusable, I was directed to Cantin Brothers. Their service was absolutely excellent. They were pleasant and efficient and had my phone useable and ready for pick up in about an hour. It gets better....when they called to say it was ready, I was told that although they didn't have a new replacement screen they had ordered a new screen which would arrive in a few days. They did, however fix my phone and replaced the screen with a "less broken one" so that I would have use of my phone again right away. When I picked up my phone and attempted to pay I was informed that I could pay in full when the job was completed and the new screen was installed. You're doing a fantastic job folks.

I needed to have the hard drive replaced on the HP computer that I use for both work and personal business. I paid for the priority service ($35) and it was well worth it. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote on the same day. It took three days from start to finish -- taking the computer down to their shop, getting the diagnoses, fixing the issue, and getting the computer set up back at my desk, but one day of that was mostly due to the complicated email set-up required for my business. I found the staff to be helpful and patient. Before I took the computer home, they turned the computer on in the shop so that I could make sure that all my files were there and the email systems were working the way the way that I wanted them to. The final bill was exactly the same as the quote. I would recommend this business.

These guys are AMAZING. My husband had to have his Apple Watch screen replaced and these guys took care of everything for us. A week later my father had major problems trying to get his iPhone fixed by London Drugs, he ended up picking it up and taking it here. These guys spent a lot of time helping him get it all sorted out and didn't leave him to walk out of the store with his phone and passwords all messed up, unlike London Drugs. I originally went to the competition and 3 weeks later I was still waiting on the guy to get his act together. Cantin bros had the parts in overnight and installed very quickly. I had a motherboard issue that required micro soldering. I told them this in advance. They proceeded to say they don't do those repairs but they would look at it. I give them my laptop they not only look at it but they attempt it! And by doing so they leave giant globs of solder on my conector essentially butchering it. Their response? Hey its free and don't worry the next people will be able to fix it. They also asked me if anyone in pg can do these repairs so they can send customers to them! Well here you go. Don't send motherboard repairs or any kind of soldering repair and dare I say? Phone repair or computer repair in any kind to cantin bros. They will leave your device in worse shape then it already was and treat you terribly. The man didn't even have the stones to show me how much he had butchered the job instead had the guy who knows nothing just give it to me and say yah cant be fixed. I will be having my board fixed in Vancouver by people who actually went to school for what they do and know what they are talking about rather then these guys who should probably be running a cellphone case store in the mall rather then a computer repair business ???? BOTTOM LINE DONT RISK YOUR DEVICE WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL HURT RATHER THEN HELP AND MAKE IT MORE EXPENSIVE THEN IT ALREADY IS.
