NEVER GO TO COMPUTER CASTLE! My Ps4 Crashed during update. So like i always do i went to Bestbuy to get a $20 fix for a 1 day job. They then tell me to try computer castle because they no long do Playstation repairs. I go to Computer Castle. Friendly guy. Tells me it will be 40$ down payment and a two weeks wait. I show up back again in two weeks and he said he never started it yet and that i should have called. So he says another two weeks. So two weeks later.. again. I go back. Calling before hand. No answer. He says he has been too busy to start it. But the good news is that he moved it to the other room. Yay me. So this time he says come back next friday. I do. Closed. I change my route to work so i could see if they are open. 4-5 days later he is. So i go in. Again i get the you should have called. I tell him i did. He says he tried to update it and it froze. he then sends it to his friend to diagnose it. 2 weeks later. I get a call. Motherboard is the issue. Finally. I find out somethings wrong. I go for my 2 week vacation and come back to pick it up. Closed. Says it should be open. Finally i get it back. $380 and two and a half months later. I get it back plug it in. Check the storage. Damn they downgraded my 1 TB hard drive to a 500GB. I call him up right away. No answer for two days straight. Third day he answers and says his buddy must have switched them out to see if that was the problem. He says he will call me when he finds and not to worry he can get them for a few dollars each in his business so they have no need to steal it. I wait for his call. 1 week later he calls. And says he found it. I say great but i am not paying any installation fees for it but i can't get it right now. I am in the hospital for a week for a lung infection. A week and a half passes and i go there. He looks very irritated to see. He tells me cannot find it and that i should have came earlier. He has a policy that he sells things if you don't pick them up. So he gives a 1tb hard drive and i say thank you and leave. Will not ever step foot in that horrid place. PS: the 1 TB drive he gave me has a "broken" label on it. Not going back ever. I suggest nobody else go there.

Brought my computer to Computer Castle to get the data restored after I was quoted way too high by a different company. They were very communicative, nice and got even more data than anyone had thought was possible! Honestly the best result that could have been asked for. If you need to get your data back, this is the place to go. Don't trust those large corporations, they won't care how much they can get back, this place does and it shows. They also sell ASUS computers and laptops and thats the brand Im going to buy next. The Acer I bought at the box store is slow and way over priced. Thank-you Computer Castle! Also they have very reasonable prices!

Marcus is amazing with helping you in all your computer needs and etc. Wether it is ordering upgrades and putting them in your pc aswell, simple cleaning of consoles and computers and laptops alike, very friendly and amazing customer service. i ask marcus to fix my xbox 360 because of the laser. He said it'll be two week's to be fixes. Ive wait two week's i called everymorning. So i went on thursday. IT WAS CLOSED! So i waited for 2 more week's i phoned so many time's he said another week. TODAY IDGAF IM KNOCKING ON HIS DOOR IM GONNA TAKE MY XBOX LEAVE THE STORE. (Dont come here if your looking for repairs)

Amazing place I would highly recommend Marcus for his services with computers. If its building a brand new one from scratch like he helped me with, Which turned out amazing. He will help you get specific parts if requested or try to get similiar if unavailable, he can help repair laptops, PCs, consoles, phones, etc. If your into mining cyptro currency I would highly reccomend going to him for new parts, repairs, or to help build yourself one.

Terrible place to get electronics repaired. I brought my ps3 in for repair and had to call every week because "it still wasn't done, try again net week". After finally getting it back they gave me a 30 day warranty but guaranteed me if I brought it in afterwards they would take care of it for me. Also I was a farmer doing harvest so wouldn't be able to play it for a few weeks. As soon as I started using it regularly it stopped working. I brought it in and they denied ever promising to "take care of it for me" and said that it was an "ify" repair and I shoulda just got a new one and tried selling me a used one at that point. I would never go back there for anything.

I've been to Computer Castle two times now after I crashed my laptop on two occassions. Each time I was more than impressed with their level of service and customer support. They are above and beyond friendly and accessible and their prices are fair and very reasonable. If you are looking for computer stuff or are in a situation that you can't fix on the computer by all means call them or come in and you won't be dissapointed.

i brought my vita here, said he could fix it, need deposit, so i did, i called back a few weeks later, didnt even pick it up to look so i said im just going to grab my vita and deposit, so he talked me into them fixing it cause there so busy, whatever ok I call back 2 weeks later and he had it diagnosed like a week before(doesnt know how to call ppl back apparently) Said it could not be fixed, he kept my deposit like a crook he is, he even asked me if he could recycle the console, i had game, charger, memory card with it. I took it back, i put a new battery and works just fine!!!!! Soooo, whats going on with this??? He didnt even give me the right charger back, duno what it for but someones go a be mad, Such a crooked business, trying to sell me a vita for 200 and takes a week or two to get here so that means 3 weeks and he keeps ur money

Not happy with our service on our ps4! Took them over 2 month to fix the hdm1 port and was told if it would be more than 100 dollars we would be called and asked if we wanted to spend more.. $160.00 later we have our playstation back with no phone call to see if we wanted to spend that much. Could have bought a used playstation for that price!
