Their ok. Always seem like I am bothering them when I go in there.
Brock and Jessie are great guys. Bought my first brand new boat from them. Nothing but going out of their way to help with anything. Hopefully Ill be back soon to trade in and upgrade. If you want the best, go to the best. Port Colborne Marine.

Boat parts n service
I’m on my second new boat purchase from Port Colborne Marine and they’ve never let me down. The first being a 2010 Smokercraft Pro Mag 182 which I had for 5 years and serviced by them. I traded it in last year for a new 2016 Lund Tyee 1900. My experience was phenomenal, Brock was excellent to deal with he really took care of the process and followed up with my every request. Thank You Port Colborne Marine. Brandon
Great place for any boat supplies and or boats and motors
Very helpful staff
Guy know what he is talking about. Very good service. Fair prices.
Sean was excellent to deal with and his follow-up is awesome.
Called looking for a boat package and was introduced to a salesman named Jesse. After hearing about his fishing adventures for 5 minutes he then left me a number to text. Jesse ignored my texts repeatedly to the point I felt insulted. I …
I’ve purchased three outboard motors from Port Colborne marine. Never had a problem ... Purchased a new boat- motor & trailer package recently and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Staff are great and the mechanic who went over all the details of our new boat was very thorough . If you live in southern Ontario and you’re looking for a boat , this is the place!
Friendly service, knowledgeable advice and fair pricing.
Very sad place they only deal with one brand and they are loosing so much business including mine
Very bad service really really bad
Best service and prices around !!
You're welcome!
Gave me a great deal on life jackets. Thanks Guys!
Great people to deal with! Called at 10 in search for a waterpump for a motor that not many people have, had the part in my hand before 11:30. Amazing people, amazing store!
Breathtaking sunsets!! Wow

Nice clean and friendly
I just had repairs done on my boat motor at Port Colborne Marine. They found the problem quickly and repaired it promptly. They were courteous and helpful. I'm back in the water fishing. I recommend them to everyone for prompt , reliable and honest service. I am a very satisfied customer
Fast, Friendly, and Cheaper then the "Other Guy" Thanks Again!
Bought a Starcraft Renegade 168 DC, got it for a great price, Brock and Jessie are Great guys and very friendly, they go out of there way for you.
Where do I start with the worst experience of my life. Got stranded on the lake so brought our boat to port Colborne marine for service. Told them to go over the boat top to bottom and make sure the boat was safe for my family to use again. They did a Compression test which they said was 150 across board. Then the fun begins with these people, who in my opinion are not qualified to diagnose boats. They tell me it runs fine and all is good to go. Once again we go out on the water only to be rescued by coast guard. I called shop and asked them to send a mechanic to sugarloaf slip and they agreed it was best a tech come out to diagnose and look over boat on the water. The guy shows up with no tools?! He listens to engine run for five minutes and says it sounds fine. I asked him why it was not spitting much water. He tells me that's normal. Ask why so hot. Answers.. doesn't have temp sensor to check that. Here's a thought bring your tools to look at someone's boat?! He says bring it out again on the water and see how it acts. Well I do that and luckily I'm smart enough to have a buddy follow me in his boat. Yep stranded again.. bring it back stupidly to them. Tell them once again what it is doing. Takes them three weeks to look at a boat they keep saying is fine. The day they got around to looking at my boot they called me that morning and said the compression was tested and was fine. By late lunch I got a follow up call telling me my motor was shot..so basically they ran my motor and warped my head. The guy tells me its my fault....because I ran the boat out on the water...which was what THEIR TECH told me to do!!! What a joke. These guys said my motor was no good now. So I picked it up no charge lol. I would love to see them charge me for blowing up my engine. Brought it to my buddy who planes the head, replaces head gasket and adjusts grommet in lower unit. It is now spitting fine and I was able to fix it for $150 in three hours. My buddy is an accountant who just happens to know a bit about outboards. Bottom line...do NOT bring your boat to these guys. The minute I walked in they tried to make me buy a new engine then attempted to destroy mine. Anyone I know with a boat has nothing good to say about this place. I know two close friends who have had just as bad an experience. I think the only good review they could get is someone who bought a paddle boat. Better yet they would likely forget to supply the oars. My 13 year old is looking for summer job bet he could get a job there, probably better then any mechanic in that shop. He has his masters in Google. Lol Please this is an honest review ..biggest mistake is to bring your boat to this place or buy a boat from them. Don't put your family's lives in someone else's hand. You would have better luck having a seven eleven store clerk fix your boat. One day these people will be responsible for someone's death and I will be there saying I told you so. "YOU JUST HAVE TO SHAKE YOUR HEAD AT PEOPLE LIKE THIS". #theseguyssuck
Professional, experienced, great sense of humour and 'above and beyond' help and advise. These guys are fishermen and boaters first. Thanks to Mark, Jessie and Wally for your patience and extra effort.
Bought my 1775 LUND Impact with 115 ProXS at the 2018 Toronto Boat Show. Picked up the boat in April. Thank you Brock for the excellent service before and after the purchase.
Super Fantastic
worst service from this dealer. I bought my boat 4 years ago, then I found they forgot to install a part on the boat, I drove two hours into the dealer, they could not find this part, then Dan promised to send it to my home, I never got it.
They have a Lund boat listed on their inventory that I was very interested in. I followed the directions on the website and emailed them twice requesting more info on the sport angler, including a few pictures of the actual boat. No reply. …
Great customer service! Parts ordered and delivered quickly! Boat all repaired and ready for the cottage! Thank you Sean and all the team! Wayne Barnhardt
Great prices, excellent service. We are a resort in Manitoba, and we have purchased our last 4 mercury motors from them. We are happy with how the motors run, the prices, and the speed with which the motors get to us. We will continue to purchase from them! Thanks Patty and Sarah for your great customer service!
Had a dead battery for my friends boat, the staff was kind and have us a boost. Thanks
Have dealt with Brock and his employee's for roughly a year now. Have had nothing but good interactions with them and good advice. Got a great deal on a boat that I absolutely love. Would highly recommend their services.
With other options quite close. Its just easier to avoid the headache. Emailed a couple times trying to get pricing for a SmokerCraft. no response.. not gunna chase down a purchase. Been in the store a few times and not shown much time. Went and bought the smokercraft another more dealer about 45 min away but with a much better reputation. Had to drive a bit further but the service was worth it. Don Patrick Crystal Beach
The worst service I have ever experienced!!! Can't even begin to list the issues of poor customer satisfaction, it's a shame that the kids can't capitalize on such a captive audience in this area, there sitting on a gold mine with no experience on how to grow it. The brand reps they sell for should be very concerned. The father really should consider selling and let a professional business take over...
Vary friendly and knowledgeable
Called ahead before taking the almost two hour drive to this marine. Boats were still wrapped, dirty and one was damaged. Bad impression of a "new" boat. John the salesman said all pricing and specs would be sent to me via email. Never heard from him and emails and calls never returned. Ended up buying from a far more professional, knowledgable and helpful dealership much closer to home. What a waste of a day!
I find it very odd that after my original bad review ...about a month ago here (which they had flagged and deleted). My reviews on yellowpages, and, 411. Magically there are good reviews popping up ! If only they put the same effort into customer service and quality of workmanship. They even deleted their facebook page due to reviews ! A word of warning if you are planning to buy a boat from port colborne marine. "DON'T" Notice the pictures in main page I posted. This is how my whole boat was wired ! When I spoke to the owners son Brock he said this is how they have been wiring boats for years. He said there is no need to use but connectors or shrink tubing on marine products. I then spoke to the owner Ross and informed him that it is not safe to have electrical connections that are not waterproof. His response...."the boat does not go under water...it floats on top" You just have to shake your head at people like that !
Dealt with Ross and Brock on a motor purchase all went well and as promised
DO NOT EVER deal with these people, I had my boat and motor winterized here and stored for the winter. They changed the oil in the motor and the lower end. I picked it up in the spring and it worked for a while, then one day it stopped in the middle of the river and I had to be towed back. I took it to another marina for repair and guess what ...THERE WAS NO OIL IN THE LOWER END. what kind of mechanic forgets to put oil in or does not tighten the screw. For your own sake DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT
We’ve been dealing with Port Colborne Marine for thirteen years. We bought our boat there, service it there and store it there. Reasonable prices and extraordinary service. Thanks to all the staff, especially Brock.
Sold me a boat and motor, the boat is fine, the motor should not have been put on my boat! It's a big foot Merc, which is meant for a pontoon boat not a fishing boat. The boat weighs 850 lbs and the winch on the trailer was rated at 300 lbs. Will not be dealing with these guys again.
Great place !
Ed was very helpful with the purchase of my new boat. Very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I would recommend Port Colborne Marine to anyone and ask for Ed.
Great people, great prices, and willing to take the time to help.
Great service and great people. Stand by their work! High recommend if you are looking for a new boat or need work done on your current boat.
This place is a joke, they kept my work order all summer (I called consistently) and they still never got to my boat for a simple warranty repair. The worst kind of business.
Great place to deal with!
I just purchased my first Big Water Boat from Port Colborne Marine. I am very pleased to say the experience was GREAT ! I got exactly what I have been looking & saving for, for years for a very good deal. I would recommend Port Colborne Marine for all Boating/Marine needs, the staff are friendly, professional, courteous, experienced & very knowledgeable...."Thank You Port Colborne Marine" !!!
