So basically we have been with cando for a 6 years pretty much, it was okay at the start then they started slowing down our internet the past few years. We have called many times to see what’s wrong and they always blame it on a non existant computer in the house taking all the internet. Every time we call they either hang up on us, or slow down our internet for complaining. I really do not recommend “can’t do it” for any of your internet or computer services NO THIS REVIEW IS NOT FAKE JUST NOT DEALING WITH YOUR EXCUSES

This is my story.... TWO WEEKS AGO order my charger for my laptop (which I needed for school) first the order was late.... THEN when it did come it was the wrong charger. Then they said they would get me the right one. Second time around wrong charger. They said they will get me the right one by tomorrow Maybe third time the charm who knows. All I know is they made thing quite difficult to do my school work Thanks guys

For two months we called because we’re supposed to be getting at least 4mb download speed, but we were knocked down to 1. We can’t do anything on it it’s so slow. Every time we called they said they would do something, or send a tech out. On the 4th call a tech came out from bell and was super helpful and even brought us up to 4. Not two days later can do has brought us back down to 1. The tech told us that if we were brought back down it’s not our fault it’s can do’s. I’d switch companies but they are the only one that services our area... now I have to call bell and get it switched back up to 4. Can do also said they would bill us less, but nope! Our bill was still for 6mb. No this is not a bot, I am a person who is super unimpressed with this company. They don’t even service, they just blame bell for everything. They just rent the lines from bell and bell does all the work. If my internet keeps getting knocked down everytime bell fixes it for me I’m getting fed up with can do. I hope the issue can be fixed permanently, if not my review still stands.

Hooked up with these guys a few months ago for wi fi. I have had nothing but problems since March 31st. I have called them twice and been into the shop once. They said they would send a technician last week and no one showed up. I'm done! I called another company and I'm hooking up with them on Monday! Don't bother with these guys. Update: Finally got things straightened out with this company and have decided to stay with them. They really came thru in the end. Canceled with the other company as I had waited a month and they still hadn't hooked me up.

I just started my internet story with CanDo. They DEFINITELY care about their customers. We got off to a bumpy start, thanks to a third party's lack of customer service, but once that was all ironed out, these people don't just see their clients as a mere paycheque. I look forward to many years (and hopeful decades) with these individuals, and I am so glad I decided to choose small internet supplier, over someone who fleeces and throttles its customers. Great store. Awesome people! I think you have to be a real c**t to leave a 1 star review for a company that did everything to correct the situation at hand. Especially when the company didn't do anything wrong to begin with. Patience goes a long way.

Laptop taking forever to boot up, sometimes 2+ hours. Had purchased a common anti-virus program which made things worse. In desperation took to Cando who removed anti-virus & sped machine up. They recommended a new solid state drive to really improve machine. Quoted an installed price which blew me away. Picked device up in afternoon several times faster than when it was new. Extremely fair pricing, friendly and keep you updated as to status. Highly recommend.

They can only wish that they "Can do it". Look elsewhere for computer servicing. A disappointment and waste of time and money for nothing resolved on my computer. They don't seem to listen or take instruction. Go elsewhere for service. * Reply to rebuttal : This is not a bot... No need for a service number. Your business had its chance and failed. No need for further discussion on the matter. I stand by my opinion. You deserve the negative review sir. Take it as constructive criticism and try to improve your business to avoid such deserving comments.

Let us borrow a charger for a laptop when ours was broken while they waited for the new one they ordered us to arrive in the mail! Even let us pre pay so when it arrived we could just pick up and go!
