Popped in there to see if they could fix a problem with my phone housing, since I was going to The Only Cafe next door. Not only did they fix my phone while I had a pint, they wouldn't take any money from me! Talk about stellar service :)

Absolutely Amazing! Best place I have ever been too (And I have dealt with a lot of tech places for computer/phone parts). I needed my Hauwei P20 Pro lens replaced, Paid the deposit so the part could be ordered in. When I went to go get the repair done a tech inspected my lens under a microscope (Took pictures and showed me) and found that the dust had scratched the lens creating black spots on all pictures/video. total repair would have been around $150 parts and labor, but the tech asked me about my phones insurance plant etc. and we found out I can get my whole phone replaced for $200 then without me even asking for it the man pulled $20 out of his own pocket and offered me my deposit back. Outstanding service and although I did not use them this time, I will be back for all of my desktop computer needs! I will say it again! BETTER THAN ALL OTHER PLACES IN PETERBOROUGH (Price and Service)!!!!!

Absolutely great service my iPhone 6s wouldn’t charge and I found out it was a logic board problem and thought I would have to scrap the phone. The techs had me fixed up good as new the same day for an affordable price I highly recommend them.

Went to banana and they told me they no longer repaired my phones (S5) charging port something about it being too costly. Tried the cell shop and they told me they would have to replace the screen making it more cost effective to buy a new phone instead. Checked out this place as I know its new and heard good things from a friend to see if they had any good deals on phones. While I was there I mentioned my problem to the technician who told me he could fix it no problem. Same day I have a working phone for an unbeatable price. Will go here for all my cellular needs from now on!

Bought a Samsung fast charging adapter and a cable from them in December 2018 while in the area. Guy who sold it to me told me to come back if I had any trouble with it. Fast forward to last week when the adapter broke and I had to get a new one. Walked in and explained that it broke (one pin fell out) and they handed me a new one for no charge. Plus they remembered me from last year. That's great service right there.

Fantastic customer service and quick phone repairs!! My boyfriends phone stopped working out of no where, I dropped it off and got a call about 30 minutes later with a diagnosis!! Will definitely go back if my phone ever breaks, and will be recommending to all of my friends :)
